Baymont by Wyndham Safford

This property is being remodeled which I would have liked to have known before I book. The bathtub was not very appealing. The toilet ran on and off all night. I put the do not disturb sign on the door but at 9:20 am there was knock on the door twice only to ask me if I needed anything! Very rude!!

The whole hotel was under construction. Our balcony was under construction. The room literally had rocks inside of it. The smell of dust was overwhelming. They should not be renting out rooms while it’s under construction like this. Very disappointed.

It's been under construction for over 3 years. We've been going there for many years. The suites we used to book are no longer available. I booked a suite and there was nowhere to sit except the bed and a desk chair. There was a big enough spot where a seating area could be, but wasn't. The bed broke, as well as the toilet.The balcony was "out of order." This morning, construction guys were on it working while we were trying to rest. The shower is the size of a yoga mat. But the renovated room is pretty and it was clean. We will never start there again.

Rooms were remodeled had hard flooring no carpet. 1 chair was broken and could not sit in it. Staff was very friendly though and helpful. Due to the remodeling they only had a very tiny breakfast area. Better to get the food to your room and eat it there.

Staff was very friendly, room was clean, had plenty of space to park our truck and trailer. Only real bad thing was the TV, it sounded like the speakers had blown and it was not easy to navigate other than that would stay there again.

The room was clean and quiet. There was construction going on in the lobby but that seemed to be the case in many hotels in Safford. The pool and hot tub were a disappointment. The pool was cold and the hot tub not very warm. There was debris on the bottom, probably the result of construction. The breakfast was good with a nice assortment of foods and breakfast beverages.

The room was good BUT the breakfast was TERRIBLE, yogurt was frozen, no bread, had to ask for milk, cereal not crunchy, waffle iron not working properly and waffle stuck because it was not heating! Coffee was good!!need to have someone supervise area for cleanliness and food refill. Staff friendly in every way but Breakfast was downfall!!!!!

Staff took over an hour when I called for the Wi-Fi password. They had no information on it. Took an hour for them to get back to me. The floors in our room were sticky and wet It was really noisy some construction was going on around dinner time five thirty Overall staff was not knowledgeable. Rooms were discussing an a nasty smell in the lobby. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The front desk was awesome teaching these old folks how to work the newest technology!
