Everything about this beautiful place fulfilled our expectations that we had taken from the chalet internet home page. Alexandra even gave us more than what we expected with her charms and friendliness.

We spent four nights at Chalet Grumer. The location is a bit out of the center of town, but in my mind all that much better. you likely have a car while traveling in this region, so driving an extra couple miles to the hotel make no difference, except that you have a better view and exceptional privacy. The rooms are meticulously maintained and each of them has a great view, deck, or balcony. The cleaning service is efficient non-disruptive. The breakfasts are simple, but the highest quality of both food and presentation. This ins't a 'full-service' type hotel, so if you expect to have minions of staff buzzing around to cater to you, you will probably be disappointed, however, the service was overall spectacular. Anything you needed was available and all requests were fulfilled promptly (e.g. idea for best driving route to our next destination). There was a 'honesty bar' with snacks and a great selection of drinks available in the dining area 24 hours a day (love the vibe of just trusting your guests) and the spa was great. I am not some big spa guy, but the sauna, steam room, bath combo was used daily. If you are looking for something other than the big hotel with the big local reputation, this is your destination. If you decide to go, enjoy.

Das Chalet Grumer ist der perfekte Ort, um zu entspannen und runterzukommen. Mit nur 7 Zimmern ist die Atmosphäre familiär und herzlich. Besonders imponiert hat uns die Gastfreundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter und der atemberaubende Blick ins Bozner Tal und auf die Dolomiten. Das Frühstück war super und die Zimmer einwandfrei. Toll ist auch die „Honesty Bar“, an der man sich jederzeit selbst einen Drink machen kann. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Ho alloggiato nella suite Romantica 3 giorni a Dicembre. Il luogo e' molto bello perché isolato e in mezzo alla natura. La stanza era molto curata, pulita e confortevole. La SPA non grande ma perfetta per la dimensione della struttura. Ho apprezzato il fatto che ci fossero poche camere e quindi pochi ospiti. La struttura non ha un ristorante proprio e per la cena della mezza pensione si appoggia ad un hotel esterno molto bello della stessa proprietà raggiungibile in auto in 5 minuti. Ho trovato la qualità del ristorante molto buona, oltre alla cortesia del personale. Considerando il prezzo della mezza pensione, tuttavia, mi sarei aspettata un menu di 4 -5 portate, non 3 come previsto (scelta tra antipasto e primo, secondo, dolce). I prezzi dei vini sono piuttosto elevati. La colazione allo chalet e' su ordinazione ed e' servita al tavolo. Penso che si possa migliorare la qualità e la varietà della proposta. Ad es. mancavano alcuni "pezzi forti" della cucina altoatesina, come i dolci fatti in casa, biscotti, miele locale (noi abbiamo ricevuto miele confezionato). Sono comunque soddisfatta della vacanza e la ripeterei.

Un soggiorno molto piacevole ove la gentilezza e l'affabilità del personale è di grand lunga superiore alla media. La suite Superior con due camere separate ed una curatissima zona giorno con vista incantevole è stata perfetta per la famiglia. La vasca idromassaggio esterna privata ha poi permesso un dolce relax. Potrei solo consigliare un piccolo secondo bagno o la separazione tra w.c. e la zona bagno in quanto la suite si presta benissimo ad accogliere fino a 6 persone ed una maggior privacy esterna. Colazione in loco servita al momento molto abbondante e con buoni prodotti. Ottimo anche il ristorante, che si trova in una struttura a 5 minuti dallo chalet, ove abbiamo fatto un'eccellente viaggio culinario con piatti molto curati ed un servizio impeccabile ma molto affabile, peccato sia chiuso il lunedì.

Ein wunderbares Chalet abseits ausgetretener Pfade. Inhabergeführt mit ganz viel Sympathie und Herzlichkeit. Die Ausstattung der Suite, der Gartenteil zur Alleinnutzung mit Liegen und eigenem Whirlpool ließen keine Wünsche offen. Das Frühstück, am Tisch serviert und kein „Kampf ums Buffet“, bot alles für den positiven Start in den Tag. Wir waren willkommen und unser Hund auch. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung.
