Great hotel overall. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the service throughout the hotel was excellent. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made the stay very comfortable from check-in to check-out. The breakfast area service was especially great—staff were warm, efficient, and very attentive, which made mornings even more pleasant. The only downside was that the bar prices felt a bit on the high side, but overall it was a very pleasant stay.

Aloft South Jakarta is a fresh, modern gem in the bustling South Jakarta area. The rooms are super comfortable, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped with plush beds, and fast WiFi. Was a short trip with only 5 hours in the room after a long day of work. Will definitely return to the hotel on the next trip!

Came here with my colleague and wow was it awesome. First touch experience was entering the main entrance u had to x-ray your luggage. All smiles by the porter and the check-in ladies was even better (more pretty)! Fast and simple you are quickly ushered to your rooms and the hardware of the room was 5 to 6 stars level. The door used Assa Abloy brand hardware and the door-bottom ensured the totally sound-proof so the people in the hallway cannot disrupt your sleep at all. The room had so many bright windows to let the sun shine in but the curtains did their job blocking out TOTALLY the sun. The toilet was huge but again, the down side in many hotels in Indoensia is that the water will seep out when u shower somehow (even though u are SURE the glass door was shut tight). The breakfast/ F&B outlet was OK (the food quality wise) but the price was reasonable (on par with the quality i guess). Didn't get a chance to visit the gym room, ouch! Surely would staying there again if in the area (Jakarta South).

Basic room, fuss free, a lot of Grab food options. A bit far from malls (15 mins or so) and the traffic jam to malls is not the best

location wise is far from city but nearby there are cafes. The service was extremely good compare to my experience in malaysia, singapore or other countries!

Everything was good. Other then the bar fridge in the room feels warmer then the room. Doesnt seem to be working.

The room is comfy and with a nice homy design. Breakfast is average.
