"The room we booked was supposed to have a jacuzzi in the amenities description but when we got there they said they have no jacuzzis in this hotel. So we had to go with the flow unfortunately although we paid for a room with jacuzzi that ended up to be a tub. I dont know who to blame for that to be honest. Room was very small. And the maintenance was not the best (washroom and tub were clogged since we arrived and we had to call for maintenance to fix that). The service was good. And people were nice. But if you are staying in this hotel you need to know that almost everything around it closes by 5. You can not even go get water after 5."

It is my husband's birthday this time, so I called the hotel to see if they could arrange a small cake and birthday card. Special thanks to the hotel staff for their help!
