I was a little bit disappointed staying at the Apollo hotel when I booked, i booked it for two adults and one child and when I got there there was only a double bed, they told me they would put in a single bed for me whilst I was out and when I got back to the hotel at 8:30pm there still wasn’t a bed they eventually at 10pm gave me a camp bed with springs missing for my four-year-old to sleep on I wasn’t happy, so in the end I ended up sleeping on the floor so my daughter could have the bed with her dad, it’s a real shame to see a hotel that I stayed in when I got married has gone downhill, there was a lot of dirty trays in the corridors on the way to the room, but on entrance of the hotel was beautiful,

OOlegHello.
My stay at the Village Hotel Basingstoke was as good as always.
P.S. It’s just a little strange that I had to pay an extra 10 pounds when leaving the hotel.
GGuest UserStayed last minute and booked via Trip, the hotel is dated, everything worked fine, but on the night we arrived the bar was closed, you could order from reception and sit in the dining area? not ideal, they had a private event in the bar area and the disco in the hotel was loud, we were on the third floor and could still hear it. A low budget hotel the old adage springs to mind “you only get what you pay for “
JJIAKEThe hotel is a row of small bungalows that are also very quiet. Breakfast is over at 9 o'clock, and if you have the habit of sleeping late, you may miss breakfast. There is a parking lot.
