Hotel was clean and beautiful. Staff was friendly and helpful. Ms. Kusum was very kind and professional and even changed the room according to our need. Breakfast was with good spread as usual for JW standards. Only setback, too many guests. Crowded during breakfast and lobbies were filled with people due to weddings and events. Otherwise service, amenities and pool areas were all lovely. Satisfied, No regrets

The facilities in the room are relatively complete and relatively new, and the overall stay experience is not bad. The breakfast in the hotel is also very delicious.

The breakfast is delicious, the lobby is clean, and the service staff is very friendly. However, the location is a bit hard to find. It is in an alley, and there is no scenery to see. Outside you can see an abandoned government building.

Elegant and luxurious hotel located in a beautifully renovated palace of royal family of Kolkata. Our room was very spacious, beautifully furnished with old, wooden furniture. The huge bathroom and all floors are made of marble. The hotel is located in multiple buildings of the palace complex. Delicious breakfast can be eaten outside in shaded patio or inside in air conditioned restaurant. Every evening there is a live show of folk dance performers. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at.

I pre booked their airport pickup since l my flight landed after midnight , pick up felt safe, l actually booked the hotel and the pickup at the eleventh hour still things were smooth. Check in at that hour was smooth. Nice spacious room. Highlight was the buffet breakfast and lunch . Wide range of selection to choose from . booking was for 2 night started 6th Aug ,got late to review still was travelling until now . very well connected place. Well leaded hotel, very convenient place I recently stayed at a hotel in the Golden parkk hotel in heart of Kolkata, and it was a fantastic experience. The location is incredibly convenient, placing you right in the middle of all the action. The proximity to major attractions and transportation options made exploring the city effortless.
