Prince of Pusan
The hotel is located in the heart of Oldtown and is nice. The rooms are very spacious, clean and the staff is very professional.
The only thing is the rooms are big but awkwardly shaped- you have to go to the couch to see the TV and the overall layout of the room is not a conventional hotel.
Other than that, the hotel has an old boutique charm.

Guest UserLocation: Close to a tram/bus stop, allowing you to reach the city center and main attractions in 20 minutes, though Warsaw's public transport can get quite crowded.
Surroundings: There's a fantastic park nearby, great for a morning stroll with lots of animals – that was a pleasant surprise.
Facilities: There's a swimming pool, but it tends to get busy in the evenings.
Room: Four-star quality, and it's rare to find disposable slippers in Europe, which was a nice touch.

Guest UserThis hotel is amazing! ✨ The location is perfect – right across from the Palace of Culture, within walking distance of the central station and a large shopping center. The service was fantastic – a porter even brought our bags up to our room. We were on the 26th floor, and it was so beautiful in the evening when the sun rose. The spa on the top floor (43rd) was also excellent. I loved the breakfast! They had prosecco if you wanted it, a guy making custom omelets, another making American pancakes with strawberries and cream, and so much more! When I go back to Warsaw, I'm definitely staying at this hotel again!!

As one of the ”100 Luxury Hotels in Europe”, the decoration and service level of Raffles Warsaw are definitely satisfactory. The location of the hotel is very good, and you can walk to attractions or museums related to Chopin. The surrounding environment is satisfactory, quiet and safe.
The room size is satisfactory, and handwritten cards, welcome cookies, and turndown service are provided. The room facilities are very new, and a built-in sound system is installed, so you can play your favorite music by connecting to the TV. The bedroom is well lit and presents warm tones, while the bathroom is cool tones and solid materials. The room is also equipped with a control panel for the lighting and curtain system, which is very modern. The only drawback is that there is no bathtub in the large bathroom, and there is obviously enough space to place a bathtub...
The breakfast is semi-buffet and semi-ordered. The dishes are exquisitely presented on the plate, exquisite and delicious, and the staff is also very service-conscious, which is satisfactory.

Clean. No toothbrush or toothpaste. No slippers. Breakfast is extra. No executive lounge. No bottled water, no special services. Quiet. Close to bus stop. Park nearby. I like this. Close to the airport. You'll need to take a taxi, but it's not expensive.

The design is superb, the hotel is worth visiting. It is also very convenient to go to the old town. The breakfast is also good, with many options, but the serving speed is a bit slow. Two disadvantages: the washbasin is a bit small, and the curtains are not light-blocking (recommended to change), which affects sleep.

Ju&LinThe stay was nice overall. The staff tried their best to accommodate our requests, and the housekeepers were friendly despite having some difficulty communicating in English.
However, there are some points that disappointed us:
- There was bottled water labeled ”still water” in the room, but it was in fact sparkling. We had to call the front desk every day to get actual still water.
-The kettle wasn’t working and actually gave my partner an electric shock. It could have ended very badly.
-The shower water was either boiling hot or ice cold; there was no in-between, so we couldn’t enjoy a relaxing shower.
- I know that the hotel values sustainability; however, I accidentally spilled some ketchup on the bed. I placed the card stating ”if you want the bedding changed, put this note on the bed,” but to my surprise, the sheets were not changed after housekeeping, and the stain was still there.
- The heater/AC was VERY LOUD
- And our biggest deception was the fact that the pool was closed and we didn’t get notified at all about it, we chose this hotel over another one because we wanted to try it.
