Hotel Warszawa

Warsaw|0.19km from National Philharmonic
The hotel is luxurious, has a boutique feel and everything about the design and decor is 5 star+. However, our weekend family stay got off to a bad start when the reception didn’t have our reservation. There was no apology and almost an attitude by the unfriendly and arrogant young lady at reception of it being my fault. At breakfast the next day, the restaurant and the quality of the food was excellent but the staff were untrained, unfriendly and on occasion could not communicate in Polish or English. Food was removed from our table when we were half way through, nobody explained the concept, ie no buffet, which was great and what could have been a wonderful experience, was let down by the staff. They saved the best for last at checkout. I was asked if I had anything from the minibar. I replied to say that I had not but reminded the lady that we had drinks at the bar that should be added to our bill. I was then shocked to be told that I would now have to wait to checkout whilst a member of staff checked the minibar in my room. I felt like a criminal at a 1 star hotel in a mass tourist resort. Again, not what you expect from a 5 star boutique hotel paying USD 300 a night and having reminded them of my bar bill. One, more senior member of staff ultimately realized my frustration and took over the checkout process, although by this point, the damage was done. Really disappointing to see this beautiful and luxurious hotel ruined by staff with no training but most of all with such an arrogant attitude that it made the whole experience feel very uncomfortable. The doormen were however extremely polite and helpful. Not enjoying writing such a negative review, I truly hope managements take action as we have been staying and eating at hotels in the Likus chain for years and have always had an enjoyable experience until hotel Warszawa.

Hotel Gromada Warszawa Centrum

The hotel is in one of the most convenient places in downtown Warsaw. At the center but at a very quiet place. It is based on communist architecture but though it keeps this character in the lobby, as it has to do, for keeping the historical memory alive it is modern and with all comforts. The room was very clean and with excellent wi-fi. There is always a bottle of water, coffee, and tea. And warm water all day. I would like to mention in particular the kindness of the personnel, especially at the reception. They were great. Though all of them were very helpful I would like to mention in particular Mrs. Antonina. She makes the guests feel comfortable and solves any problem without making it seem serious. I would like also to congratulate the gentleman who was responsible to care for the suitcases. He does his work perfectly. Great price for value. Fully recommended!

Very nice apartment, comfortable bed, great location. Unfortunately, the coffee machine didn't work and we could only drink expensive water from the bar. However, everything is ok. What shocked me the most was the behavior of the receptionist, who treated an elderly man of Ukrainian origin terribly, who tried to explain to him that he had paid for the reservation under a different name. The receptionist shouted that he didn't understand what the older man was saying, although without knowing Ukrainian it was easy to guess. Terrible, nationalistic behavior of a young **** towards an older man!

It was my another stay over there . This hotel is actually very cheap comparing another around and location is perfect . There is a lot of restaurants and bars around so can be a little bit noisy sometimes . This time I choose single room . I was surprised because the room wasn’t big but the bed was quite big ( like double) and very comfortable . Room and bathroom very clean and tidy . Breakfast let me down a little bit . I think is overpriced now . Due the cov-19 there is not buffet anymore so they have limited items. I am pointing this only but my score is based on staying there . Quick check in . Friendly staff.

freeking love it! The corner deluxe room booked makes full use of the pillars of the room and is carefully designed to make the space very interesting. The hotel is very new and beautiful, right in the city center, the restaurant is open all day, and the food is delicious and inexpensive. The hotel may have just opened, as if I was the first to send a review, it is not easy! The entire hotel has a great sense of design from the public space to the rooms, which fully reflects the designer's extraordinary aesthetic and superb design level! The details are also quite perfect, which makes me, who loves interior design, reluctant to leave.
