If it wasn't for the location, I would never have come to this hotel again. For $100 for one night and even without a toothbrush in the room. The gym is terrible, a small room with poor equipment

Very nice apartment, comfortable bed, great location. Unfortunately, the coffee machine didn't work and we could only drink expensive water from the bar. However, everything is ok. What shocked me the most was the behavior of the receptionist, who treated an elderly man of Ukrainian origin terribly, who tried to explain to him that he had paid for the reservation under a different name. The receptionist shouted that he didn't understand what the older man was saying, although without knowing Ukrainian it was easy to guess. Terrible, nationalistic behavior of a young **** towards an older man!

Very comfortable. Stylish rooms. Great location. Service was.... mixed... first night shower overflowed due to poor drainage. Day 2 water was shut off all say. Day 3 no hot water. Day 4 construction on next door room so lots of noise. All of which would have been annoying but they didn't even offer some compensation or an apology. A normal hotel would offer a meal voucher or SOMETHING. But overall a good experience.

Centrally located. Spacious room and good value for the money. Highly recommend the spa. We impulsively got a couple massage which was VERY good. Reasonably priced.

We stayed here last year and this year in Aug and September. We love it here! Great staff, Sandra (and others) helped us a lot. We tried 5 different rooms here and love the size. Some have two bathrooms which is great. We also had a room with a patio at one point. Great location. The restaurant is good too. This will be our go to place. Great value too

Enjoyed the stay very much! The room on the top floor was lovely and the location is so right at the city center and close to everything. It’s just a short ride on the scooter to the old town. The staff were very friendly as well. We didn’t try the gym or the restaurant though.

We stayed here last year for two weeks and September 2023 for 10 nights (on 3 separate stays this time with travel in between). So we got to try quite a few rooms. We love it here. The staff is great, the rooms are huge, some have 1.5 bathrooms (great having two toilets) and the location is perfect. This is where we will stay every time.
