Great
GGuest UserThe hotel is exquisite and luxurious, but it is relatively small. The window of the executive room I booked is facing a very dilapidated residential building, which is very unpleasant... I don’t know whether the decoration of the hotel is the manager’s aesthetic or Serbian’s preference for using environmentally friendly fake flowers and green plants. , this seems to have a very low price and affects the quality. The lighting is too dim and is hard on the eyes. The location is not friendly for people who come here specifically to travel. It makes me regret moving here from the Moscava Hotel. I have to walk to the Grand Duke Street and the Fortress. My leg was broken, so I didn’t check for buses because I thought it would be troublesome. There may be buses that go along the way. If you want to walk from here, you have to go through the ring square and it takes a lot of effort to go around. I just came to Bay City on the first day. OK, I don’t recommend any more. But the hotel staff are all very nice, nice, humorous and reliable. If you add a 7-year-old child to breakfast, you will be charged a meal fee. The breakfast is okay. I stayed in six hotels in Serbia and Montenegro. This is the only one that provides free drinking water and the water is of high quality. The decoration facilities include all glass drinking water bottles, so I feel that it is not friendly to children. It is suitable for adults or business. There are few people in the hotel and it is very quiet, suitable for those who like quiet.

SStef T.Very very friendly receptionists, both in the morning and evening. Very good recommendations on restaurants, places to visit and transport to get there. They know the area well! Breakfast is amazing, variety of selection and different options every day. Nice environment both inside the restaurant and in the conservatory, where the hot dishes are served. The room is nicely decorated. I have a room with separate stairs. The room in itself is separated from the rest to the hotel so I don’t hear any noise from neighbours, but I assume they would have a pretty good job at isolating noise. The room decoration is modern, plenty of amenities including separate bottles of shower gels, shampoo and body lotion (and even slippers!). Can’t take these for granted anymore in hotels. Location is excellent, ten-minute walk from the touristic area (eg. Republic square), plenty of options for buses and trolley buses around. Highly recommended and will definitely stay again when I go to Belgrade next time.

GGuest UserIt was a great experience, we stayed for 4 nights, the rooms were very clean and nice, only the breakfast was a little weak in variety, other than that it was very good.

GGuest UserThe service was polite. Late check-in is available since the reception operates 24/7. The room was clean and looked good. No complimentary water was provided - only paid options in the minibar. Breakfast was tasty, but if you want an espresso or cappuccino, it costs extra; filter coffee is included in the breakfast. Parking is included in the price. There are 3 free spots in front of the hotel and about 10 in a yard behind it. Street parking in front of the hotel is in a paid zone, with Sundays being free. What we didn’t like was that it was 7°C outside, and the room was quite cold. The reception told us that heating from the air conditioner is turned off by the state, so it only blows cold air and they have no alternative. We had to sleep with three blankets, which was not very pleasant.

GGuest UserThe hotel is beautiful , located on Belgrade 's main street, in its centre, 30 steps from the Republic 's Square, the National Museum, streets with restaurants and fairs. Here are wonderful, comfortable rooms, excellent service - we asked to print documents, additional hygiene means - we went everywhere to meet. I would like to celebrate breakfast, - diverse, fresh, and stylistic restaurant, with a view on Prince Michael Street. I leave with great impressions!

GGuest UserVery nice and high class hotel at the center of Belgrade. Food at the restaurant is also good quality but little over priced. I’ve been staying at this hotel since 3-4 years already. It’s my regular stop over spot in Serbia. However, this year they charge for parking!?. Which is 25€ fixed price, without any exception. This is simply too much. Like a soft rubbery to be frank. I pay less in Amsterdam or Paris for parking which is a big deal in those cities. I hope the management understands that this is a decision changing fact for most of the customers.

LLilit AdamianThe hotel is new, and it is clear that it has only recently reopened after a major renovation and restoration. The rooms are truly beautiful — spacious, stylish, and with a strong sense of freshness and attention to detail. The staff are polite, though not always very quick, which is likely due to the hotel being in its early days of operation and the team still gaining experience. There are also a few minor teething issues typical of a newly opened hotel, but it is obvious these will be refined over time. Overall, we were happy with our stay and would gladly return, especially considering the hotel’s great potential.

GGuest UserThis hotel is really good: the staff are friendly and helpful, the location is convenient – right in the city center, and the breakfasts are delicious – a glass of good champagne at breakfast is a definite bonus! The room has a coffee machine, a kettle, and unlimited bottled water; cleaning is thorough every day. The Michelin-starred restaurant (and it truly is) on the top floor is expensive, but the food is exquisite. Minor drawbacks: the coffee at breakfast is simply awful (I'd even read about this in other reviews) – terrible black, and even worse with milk (was it spoiled or something?) – this isn't acceptable for a 5-star hotel. Also, toothpaste is only available upon request, the shower smells musty, and there are no shelves to place toiletries. But these are all minor details; overall, I enjoyed my stay. I'll recommend it and will definitely come back next time.

AAnonymous UserStayed for three nights, it was very good, the breakfast was also delicious. I thought there were few vegetables here, but the various cucumber, tomato and lettuce sashimi were enough to satisfy us. There were also various sauces, not just sweet sauces, there was a salty sauce mixed with onions that was particularly delicious.

Ttanyaontv24The hotel is conveniently located, very close to the Republic Square. There are many stops around, you can go anywhere. The hotel claims to be four stars. In accordance with the level of the hotel, I would like to receive the corresponding conditions of stay. The pillow was yellow, there was a hole in the pillowcase. Three out of five days I put a ”Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, but on the two days when cleaning was done, it was very poor quality. They only took out the trash, there was trash on the floor in the room, and hair on the floor in the bathroom. According to Serbian law, hotel administrators must register a guest arriving to them and make him a white card. Even at the stage of registration at the hotel, my passport was scanned several times, so I did not find out anything else. After 4 days, I decided to ask how things were with my white card, to which I received the answer: ”Do you need a white card?” After that, I received it, but with a great delay and if I were asked to present it at the airport when leaving Serbia, I would have to pay a fine. The situation is very unpleasant.
