Spa hotels in Belgrade

The hotel is exquisite and luxurious, but it is relatively small. The window of the executive room I booked is facing a very dilapidated residential building, which is very unpleasant... I don’t know whether the decoration of the hotel is the manager’s aesthetic or Serbian’s preference for using environmentally friendly fake flowers and green plants. , this seems to have a very low price and affects the quality. The lighting is too dim and is hard on the eyes. The location is not friendly for people who come here specifically to travel. It makes me regret moving here from the Moscava Hotel. I have to walk to the Grand Duke Street and the Fortress. My leg was broken, so I didn’t check for buses because I thought it would be troublesome. There may be buses that go along the way. If you want to walk from here, you have to go through the ring square and it takes a lot of effort to go around. I just came to Bay City on the first day. OK, I don’t recommend any more. But the hotel staff are all very nice, nice, humorous and reliable. If you add a 7-year-old child to breakfast, you will be charged a meal fee. The breakfast is okay. I stayed in six hotels in Serbia and Montenegro. This is the only one that provides free drinking water and the water is of high quality. The decoration facilities include all glass drinking water bottles, so I feel that it is not friendly to children. It is suitable for adults or business. There are few people in the hotel and it is very quiet, suitable for those who like quiet.

The room is very good. It is close to the airport. Facing the sun, you can see the scenery outside. The location is also very convenient. It is not far from the shopping mall. After dinner, you can take a walk back to the hotel to rest. It was a good experience. If I have the opportunity to come again in the future, I will choose this place again

The location is excellent, right next to Prince Mihailova Street in Belgrade's Old Town. The National Museum, Opera House, Republic Square, and the famous Kalemegdan Fortress are all nearby. It's incredibly convenient for dining, shopping, sightseeing, and transportation. The hotel rooms are clean and hygienic, with complete facilities. The TV even displayed my name with a welcome message upon turning it on. The front desk service was enthusiastic, and they offered free luggage storage. Although the restaurant is small, the breakfast was abundant and delicious. The price is moderate, offering good value for money. Highly recommended.

The hotel is incredibly professional, and the staff is very friendly and attentive. I found everything to be excellent. The Hilton is definitely a great choice for a trip to Belgrade. The service is top-notch, and the hospitality is exceptional.

Simply the best location, right in the heart of Belgrade. From the airport, take the free 72 bus to the last stop and it's just a 5-minute walk to the hotel. The breakfasts are amazing, they have everything and more! In the room, there's tea, coffee, and water available at the cooler in reception. The bed is comfortable, and hot water is the most important thing for me. We stayed for one night on a layover. I really regret not booking a longer stopover, as the city feels so cozy to me. I will definitely come back to Belgrade and only to this hotel. I recommend it to everyone!

The hotel has a wonderful location and a wonderful spa area (very welcome after a busy day in Belgrade). Delicious breakfast and a beautifully decorated breakfast room! On our first night, we were checked in to a room of a lower category than we had booked. This room had beautiful decor, high ceilings, lots of light, and a coffee machine (but no coffee capsules). The next day, after we informed them of the room category, after lunch, we were given the room we had originally paid for (superior with a sofa) on the 4th floor. However, it was less comfortable than the standard room, the walls weren't quite clean, and it wasn't as beautifully decorated as the standard room. However, there were two coffee capsules. I can note that both rooms have exceptionally clean bathrooms, very good plumbing, and hot water pressure. Upon checkout, the staff apologized for the misunderstanding with the room category, and we didn't pay the city tax or two coffees. Thank you very much for a wonderful time in Belgrade!

Good hotel, quiet street, close to attractions, walking distance to the Old Town, the fortress with the Sava embankment, the square, pedestrian boulevard, Rajiceva shopping mall, and streets with bars and restaurants. Just 5 minutes from the hotel, there's a fantastic restaurant called 'Zavicaj' serving homemade Serbian cuisine – it's delicious, reasonably priced, and always busy. Overall, the location is excellent. Inside, it's cozy; the room has slippers but no bathrobe or hair conditioner. In the shower, there's only one dispenser for universal gel/shampoo, and liquid soap by the sink – that's all. There was no shoehorn. No iron, perhaps it's available upon request or in a separate room, but I didn't inquire. Room 002 on the ground floor overlooked the hotel parking lot, with zero view. Even though I requested a high floor when booking, they gave me the lowest one. The breakfast was perfectly adequate; we didn't leave hungry. Sausages, scrambled eggs (which were actually not tasty and dry), fried eggs, cold cuts, dessert, fruits, vegetables – all available. I don't drink coffee, but there's no coffee machine, just one type of coffee in a pot. The air conditioning works very well and cools quickly. Blackout curtains. Mattress, pillows – all comfortable. No complaints about the cleaning. We didn't use the hotel's additional services (spa, etc.). The soundproofing is average, but it didn't prevent us from getting a good night's sleep.

I stayed in this hotel for a few days. I want to separately highlight three strengths: 1. Staff. This is the main dignity of the hotel! At the respiratory, always met with a smile, answered quickly to all questions.It is evident that people really like their work and care for the guests. Thank you very much for the hospitality and attentive attitude! 2. Breakfast. Breakfasts are just great! Great choice: there were both eggs/omlets, fresh vegetables, and quality cheeses, sausages, baking.  3. Room. In the room (standard double room) there was all you need: comfortable bed, clean clothes, modern bathroom, good shower. All the equipment (teaker, coffee machine) worked well. Cleanness and order on five. No complaints. The location is also very convenient - in step-to-step access to sights. I definitely recommend this hotel and I am happy to stay here next time! This hotel is really good: the staff are friendly and helpful, the location is convenient – right in the city center, and the breakfasts are delicious – a glass of good champagne at breakfast is a definite bonus! The room has a coffee machine, a kettle, and unlimited bottled water; cleaning is thorough every day. The Michelin-starred restaurant (and it truly is) on the top floor is expensive, but the food is exquisite. Minor drawbacks: the coffee at breakfast is simply awful (I'd even read about this in other reviews) – terrible black, and even worse with milk (was it spoiled or something?) – this isn't acceptable for a 5-star hotel. Also, toothpaste is only available upon request, the shower smells musty, and there are no shelves to place toiletries. But these are all minor details; overall, I enjoyed my stay. I'll recommend it and will definitely come back next time.

The hotel is conveniently located, very close to the Republic Square. There are many stops around, you can go anywhere. The hotel claims to be four stars. In accordance with the level of the hotel, I would like to receive the corresponding conditions of stay. The pillow was yellow, there was a hole in the pillowcase. Three out of five days I put a ”Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, but on the two days when cleaning was done, it was very poor quality. They only took out the trash, there was trash on the floor in the room, and hair on the floor in the bathroom. According to Serbian law, hotel administrators must register a guest arriving to them and make him a white card. Even at the stage of registration at the hotel, my passport was scanned several times, so I did not find out anything else. After 4 days, I decided to ask how things were with my white card, to which I received the answer: ”Do you need a white card?” After that, I received it, but with a great delay and if I were asked to present it at the airport when leaving Serbia, I would have to pay a fine. The situation is very unpleasant.
