GGuest UserThe hotel is very beautiful, with a big forest behind and a playground in front. Parking is quite convenient. But my car was scratched for no reason.
The breakfast is very rich. After staying for two days, the variety will be changed.
Dinner is 12 euros per person, buffet, and the price-performance ratio is also very high, but there are no drinks. You can also order food at the coffee bar next to it, and the taste is very good.
The room on the fourth floor has no air conditioning. It was very hot in the first half of the night, and I didn't dare to open the window. The balcony door is very cool when it is opened, but I dare not open it at night.
The ceiling windows on the fourth floor are not blocked, and it is very bright early in the morning.

AAnonymous UserThe only drawback is that the water barrier in the shower room is not good, and the water will flood when taking a shower. Other aspects are very good, and I still recommend it. There are bus stops and tram stops at the door, which is very convenient to go anywhere.

MMojiahekegangThe hotel has a great location and beautiful decor. It's a truly beautiful hotel. However, I was frustrated that I booked a corner suite, but when I got there, I was given a loft suite with no windows, only a skylight. After much negotiation, I was offered a deluxe suite. I asked for a refund of the price difference, but they refused to acknowledge the difference. Finally, Ctrip refunded the difference, and the room I stayed in was exactly the same as the deluxe suite listed on the hotel's website. Everyone should be sure to check that this is the room type they reserved when checking in.

The location is very good, free parking, and the breakfast is very colorful. Every time I stay, I taste a different breakfast, which is much better than the Pujiang Hotel I stayed in before. Excellent service, excellent breakfasts with live piano music.
Amazing spa area.
Attentive staff. When we asked for more black tea in the room, from then on they started bringing us black tea every day, which speaks of a very attentive attitude towards guests.
And in general, the hotel pleasantly surprised us in all the little things, I recommend it!

GGuest UserThe hotel is exquisite and luxurious, but it is relatively small. The window of the executive room I booked is facing a very dilapidated residential building, which is very unpleasant... I don’t know whether the decoration of the hotel is the manager’s aesthetic or Serbian’s preference for using environmentally friendly fake flowers and green plants. , this seems to have a very low price and affects the quality. The lighting is too dim and is hard on the eyes. The location is not friendly for people who come here specifically to travel. It makes me regret moving here from the Moscava Hotel. I have to walk to the Grand Duke Street and the Fortress. My leg was broken, so I didn’t check for buses because I thought it would be troublesome. There may be buses that go along the way. If you want to walk from here, you have to go through the ring square and it takes a lot of effort to go around. I just came to Bay City on the first day. OK, I don’t recommend any more. But the hotel staff are all very nice, nice, humorous and reliable. If you add a 7-year-old child to breakfast, you will be charged a meal fee. The breakfast is okay. I stayed in six hotels in Serbia and Montenegro. This is the only one that provides free drinking water and the water is of high quality. The decoration facilities include all glass drinking water bottles, so I feel that it is not friendly to children. It is suitable for adults or business. There are few people in the hotel and it is very quiet, suitable for those who like quiet.

GGuest UserFriendly and warm welcoming reception staff. Hotel location is in city center with lots of shopping, restaurants and bars in easy walking distance. Hotel is nicely renovated and has charme. Nice breakfast with something for every preference ic included in rate as well as small complimentary tea time with small snacks. Would definitely stay here again when in Belgrade next time.
