Great friendly helpful staff

Staff great. Not really walking distance to the airport with baggage though

Nice budget hotel close to airport. I arrived late and left early so did not spend lots of time there but my overall experience was good. Unfortunately they did not have any amenities for their guests and the only way to purchase was with coins. Great hotel for a layover or an early flight next morn! The room was nice and clean and the duvet & pillows were actually amazing!!!

Good location for a short stay out of town. It’s a 10 mins walk to the airport. Clean & nice hotel with friendly staff. Will recommend for transit flight stay.

Good location and fair price value.

Im sorry this has taken so long. We stayed at this hotel the night before our holidays to egypt. Hotel is in a fab location for the airpot. Spotlessly clean quiet and comfortable. Staff lovely friendly and helpful We bought the meal deal evening and breakfast. Very good quality and good value for money. The manager was so welcoming and had a friendly smile. And it looks like a lovely place to work. Thank you so much for a fantastic start to our holiday

Hotel and restaurant very clean. Rooms are as you would expect in Premier Inn. I stayed 3 nights and ate evening meals and breakfast in the Thyme restaurant which was excellent as were all the staff. As the other reviews have said Pay for parking at the hotel reception to get a discounted rate.

Very happy with the stay apart from inflated parking charge. I expected to pay £9 which seems standard at city/airport hotels but charge was £15. Do not pay on arrival as instructed - visit reception for discount code to reduce the cost to £9. Premier inn - this information should be included with confirmation booking email.

Had an amazing stay and found the new refurbishments to be most pleasing! It really feels so much fresher and cleaner. The staff were amazing and nothing was too much of a problem for them, no matter what was asked of them. Will be staying again.

Stayed here for 2 nights for Liverpool away, hotel was really easy to find being just off the main road. Car park had loads of spaces so not being able to find a spot was not an issue, staff were waiting at the check-in deck upon arrival happy to help. Entering our room, we’d booked a double room which was spacious & clean. Also the shower in the bathroom was so refreshing in the mornings, as we stayed up here for football. Anfield was only a 25 minute drive away which is handy if that is also the purpose of your trip, overall would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.

We visit the hotel twice a year, we haven’t been since the hotel’s been renovated and I have to say that walk-in shower was a brilliant idea. Our stays were always great, this time we arrived with our new born baby, cot was provided and team on shift were amazing just like every other time when we were there.

Very bad experience,we arrived at 5.15 and was told we could only eat at 5.30 as they were fully booked all night,we did not like this at all as the hotel was very quite,but did as they asked,then for the whole night i watched them let loads more people arrive and eat when every they wanted i know this because the staff were asking them if rthey had booked and they were all saying no!why they made use rush i have know idea,i will skick to The Hampton from now on

Getting run down now like most premier inns, needs repairs and decor upgrading. pint price of around £6.35 is too high for where you are, its wetherspoons level at best. Budget hotels should have budget prices to reflect this. Breakfast is going downhill fast also, black pudding should have a crisp outer, not sloppy

Stayed as had an early flight. This is a Noisy hotel. Squeaky floorboards kept us awake. No staff on reception. Tried to claim under their sleep guarantee but failed. Won't be using Premier inn again. In addition the restaurant good was awful.
