Good hotel and good location, 5 minutes to the beach, very good, kata beach has the most beautiful sunset. The room is very big and toilet also big. They offer free water courtesy and a minibar with many snacks to buy, that was very helpful

great hospitality provided by the kind staff, they do scooter rental for discounted prices too, daily housekeeping was much appreciated. only downside is the number of mosquitos outside the room

A very nice hotel@,@ If you are catlover， the Katat leaf hotel is a good choice. There are many lovely and friendly cats and The hotel staff are friendly and courteous.

Pro: 1. The staff are friendly and helpful. 2. Location near to Kata beach. 3. Near to Central Food Market where you can get Dinner for budget prices. 4. Good looking outdoors. 5. Quite 6. Near the Blue bus station that fetches you to Phuket Town 7. Lent you Beach Towel for free. Cons: 1. Quite a distance to 7-11, attraction near Kata (unless you have bike), Smart Bus 2. The building is quite old, thus basic amenities are also quite old (sink, fans, etc) 3. Mosquito, and small centipede (killed 1) and small cockroach (found 1) Summary: If you only need a place to sleep (a lot of outdoor activity), and on a budget, is it a good place to stay.

My check-in was quick and no fuss at all, the staff were friendly & helpful. The room was simple and clean but very spacious. Wifi, TV and all electronics worked. There's even a minibar. I got the last room on the ground floor, which had a view of the mini fish pond and a porch/balcony. I also got greeted by their cat :) The only thing that spooked me a little was a creaking sound that woke me up in the middle of the night; thought it was the cat sleeping my front porch and might have chair at first... went out to check at 5am there was no one. Unsure where the sound came from, but anyway, it didn't keep me up too much. Overall, it's a decent place for a short stay and value for money. Forgot to take pics.

Cockroaches and Mosquitos the staff is extremely unprofessional and not trained to deal with foreign guest. The lady who manages is the rudest person imaginable. Stay away the reviews are not accurate and don’t express the reality . The restaurant food is terrible it made me ill for a few days .I should’ve not booked there reading a review of a couple with an infant that was treated rudely and asked to leave ! The same happened to me ! Beware of the unhinged lady manager !

I had interesting stay here at Kata Leaf. My room was 10 I had great view by windows. Location is great, food at the Kata Leaf restaurant is very good. There are a lot of cats and chirping geckos that sounds like bird :).

Everything is good, a good paid minibar. The downside is that it smelled bad after cleaning, unpleasant cleaning products are used

If you are a sophisticated tourist and are used to living in hotels, this is not the place for you, but the bed is clean, the room is clean, they give you a towel for the beach, there is shampoo gel.... There is a parking lot for Baikov in the yard...

We had a three-bed room, big, comfortable, there is a balcony with a dryer, where everything dries quickly. But there is a big drawback for me, excellent audibility And otherwise, everything is fine. There is a short path to the beach, from the hotel to the left and there is a narrow passage between the houses.

The main advantages of this place are its location and price. Very close to Kata Beach, within walking distance of Kata Noi Beach. There is a safe in the room, hot water, shampoo, shower gel, you can ask for a beach towel. There is mosquito repellent, which you will definitely need. The room itself is small. And not very clean, there are animals crawling around, the headboard is stained, there is mold in the bathroom. The sheet and blanket were in yellow stains to such an extent that for the first time during my travels I asked to change them. They changed them, although they assured me that the ones with yellow stains had also been washed. Overall, it is suitable for a limited budget.

The location is very good, only 5 or 6 minutes to the beach, there are many restaurants around, the room is quite big, the only bad thing is that there is moss in the shower, fortunately we brought our own shower and filter, although it is facing the street, it is quite quiet, except for the loud noise of motorcycles, it is basically not noisy, the boss is very enthusiastic, there are many green plants in the yard, a tank of small fish, and a few very cute cats, the children like it very much, overall it is not bad, for people with limited budget, it is very cost-effective

The hotel is a five-minute walk from Kata Beach. The rooms are clean. There is a restaurant with delicious food at the hotel.

Not a bad guesthouse, ok for 1 night, but I wouldn't stay longer, because the door to the street doesn't close tightly, mosquitoes and other creatures fly in, and you can hear everything as if you were on the street
