The room view was absolutely stunning, overlooking the sea. The butler was incredibly thoughtful and always responded promptly. We were three women who struggled with parking, and the butler kindly parked our car for us every time. We had originally booked a three-bed room, but I made a mistake with the room type, so the butler specially brought us extra blankets and even provided additional toiletries and snacks. It was a really heartwarming gesture. Picture one shows the room's large French windows, and picture two shows the sea view from outside the window.

A comfortable and cozy guesthouse with stunning views from the rooftop, complete with hammocks and an English-speaking host (which was super helpful for a foreigner like me). The facilities were very clean. It's relatively close to the train station and surrounded by many bus stops, making it easy to get to different parts of the city. An excellent choice for traveling in Shantou!

The location is excellent, right in the heart of the business district, very close to all the popular dining spots. It's also super convenient to grab a taxi to Little Park or the ferry. The owner was very thoughtful with preparations, even providing souvenirs and tea, which was a nice touch. Any issues in the room were addressed quickly. The highlight is definitely the incredible view. As soon as you enter the room, you're greeted by a huge window overlooking the river. Even on a cloudy day, the view is stunning. The curtains by both beds also open up to large floor-to-ceiling windows, which is a fantastic sight. And the hot water is perfectly fine! I had a very comfortable shower. I saw some comments saying the hot water wasn't enough, but you just need to wait about 15 minutes – basically the time it takes to dry your hair – and then you can enjoy a really good, long shower. We showered for over half an hour. Considering the price and location, it's an excellent choice.

The room was clean and fresh, with no strange odors. The bedding was soft, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the soundproofing was effective. The front desk staff were efficient and welcoming during check-in. The location is very convenient for getting around, with plenty of food and drink options nearby. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. My stay was very comfortable, and I'll definitely prioritize choosing this hotel again for future trips.

The hotel's location is pretty good, within walking distance to the food street, and Shantou Small Park is also walkable. There are plenty of good eateries nearby. The cleanliness is acceptable, but there's room for improvement. It's quite convenient for dining out. I arrived at 11 AM, and since the room wasn't ready, I just left my luggage. When the room was available at 3 PM, the hotel staff thoughtfully brought my luggage up to my second-floor room. It's a decent stay, nothing spectacular but solid, and I'd recommend it.

I stayed for three nights. The location is in the old town, a place with a lot of historical significance. The guesthouse room is about 30 square meters, very spacious, and even has a projector and a small balcony—surprisingly, it's only a little over 100 yuan! The landlady is very prompt in cleaning and replenishes all items. The guesthouse is a five-minute walk from a small park, and there are also some unique photo spots for photographers. You can take a taxi to the square ferry; it only costs one yuan to enjoy a stunning sunset on the boat! I recommend arriving around 4:30 pm. If you want to eat, take a taxi to Longyan South Food Street—there's a dazzling array of food to choose from!

If you're just looking for a place to get a good rest, this is it. The room was clean, though the bathroom felt a bit old. They offer a simple Chinese breakfast. The hotel is located opposite the old station; to get to the new station, you'll need to take a taxi for about 2km. It's still pretty centrally located, but a bit far from the city center. However, it's very quiet at night with no traffic congestion, which is nice. For traveling with elderly family members, I'd say it's a decent spot.

Facilities: The room facilities are quite new, and the stay was very pleasant. There was no musty smell like I experienced in Shantou before, which might be due to the season. The room felt very new overall. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was good. They promptly asked if I needed cleaning and didn't bother me unnecessarily. Environment: The environment is quite nice. It's located inside a parking lot, not far from the pedestrian street and MixC shopping mall—a fairly central location. Electric scooters are very convenient here, making it easy to get around. Service: The service was excellent. After check-in, I contacted the housekeeper, who sent me some travel tips and a list of nearby restaurants. It was very thoughtful.

Exceptional Stay – Panorama Sea View Every staff member I encountered – from reception to housekeeping – went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their friendliness, efficiency, and genuine hospitality really made me feel valued as a guest. They also help to receive my taobao delivery of parcels. Well down for all staff. They also specially provide our room upgrade for seaview to our special honeymoon couple. The hotel’s room & lobby cleanliness is well-maintained. My room felt fresh, tidy, and inviting, with thoughtful touches that showed the care and attention put into daily upkeep. The housekeeping team did an amazing job, and I truly appreciated their promptness and consistency throughout my stay. The location is also a major highlight – conveniently situated near key attractions located at seaside , dining options, yet peaceful enough for a restful night’s sleep. It made exploring the area effortless, and I could easily return to the hotel for a quick rest before heading out again. The amenities are well-equipped, thoughtfully designed to cater to both leisure and big group of families. From the helpful lounge areas to the private big room, and in-room conveniences, everything was in place to make my stay both enjoyable and productive. Overall, my experience here was nothing short of excellent. It’s rare to find a place that delivers consistently on all fronts – service, location, and amenities – but this hotel truly does. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for their dedication and kindness. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I look forward to returning in the future.

The hotel parking is convenient, and all the nearby tourist attractions are close by. The staff are also very welcoming. The rooms are clean and hygienic. I've had more than one comfortable and pleasant stay here; it feels like a real slice of life. This is my review of this hotel. Superb! 👍🏻
