GGuest UserNo problem for foreigners to stay there. The room and bed were comfortable, but there was no separation between the shower and the toilet, so the toilet got wet after a shower. It's normal in China, but I had a bit of trouble using the toilet next time.

GGuest UserThis is a stylish and artsy guesthouse with affordable prices and an accommodation environment that exceeded my expectations. I was very satisfied with the cleanliness; it seems like Shandong people are hardworking, capable, and clean. The location is also great, convenient for dining, right next to Qingzhou Songcheng, and there's a riverside for strolls. It's a short walk to the commercial street and a good distance to try local Qingzhou specialties. The courtyard is quiet despite being in a bustling area, pet-friendly, and the dog doesn't sleep on the bed or pee in the house, making it a happy place to hang out. The projector was also great. The owner recommended the currently free parking lot, which is close to the guesthouse and safe to park without getting a ticket. The recommended breakfast was also delicious and affordable.

The price is affordable, there is a small pond for fish in the courtyard, and there is a pure black cat named Laicai with a good personality

Third, clean, smart toilet seat self-heating Fourth room temperature is suitable Although the so-called municipal floor heating heating, I don't feel the temperature increase significantly, so I can add air conditioning to increase the indoor temperature. Fourth, breakfast is varied and delicious. Fifth, the bar service staff has a very good service attitude. Standing to welcome guests, no laughing or talking. QQingdaosiliumangThe surrounding environment is OK. It is not in the scenic area and is not so noisy. There is a dog next to me. Maybe it is too vigilant and barks frequently. It was still barking in the middle of the night on the last day. It was not just a few barks, but it kept barking, which seriously affected my sleep. The hygiene is average. The wall paint under the TV is falling off and a little moldy. There is too much dust under the bed. The stairs are narrow and it is not very convenient to go up and down. But the service is really good. The boss is very enthusiastic. He will respond enthusiastically to any questions and will also take the initiative to ask if anything needs to be added or changed.

GGuest UserThe location is excellent. It is within walking distance of many restaurants, malls, and cultural attractions. We were even able to walk to the room from the main train station! The apartment itself was moderately clean--kind of run-down and could just a use a good overall deep cleaning but it was not terrible. If you stay here during the cooler seasons (as we did--February), you will find the apartment to be quite cold. There is a small wall-mounted AC/heat unit, but it was never able to make the apartment feel warm. This place would probably be fantastic in the summer. Also, keep in mind that electricity is not included, so you will be charged for any electricity you use. This will usually not be a bit deal, but if you stay in the colder months, you will want to run the heat, and that will add to your expenses. Oh, and if you're a foreigner who doesn't speak Chinese, staying here will be a bit more challenging, but the landlord was very helpful in trying to communicate. Overall, it's a nice place to stay for the price, especially in the summer.
