Clean, private and adequate stay. Facilities provided were good. Kitchen with water dispenser, fridge, toaster, stove was good for self cooking was a add-on. Limited breakfast options but unlimited coffee, tea an water. Owner - Alvin was polite and kind and helped with required information.

Right in the heart of the city. Amenities easily accessible nearby. Rooms are located on hill accessible by a few flights of steps.

The hotel offers good value for money. The bed and bathroom were clean, but both very small. With a large suitcase, the room feels almost full. The location is excellent — right in the middle of Labuan Bajo, within walking distance of the harbor and main sights. However, the rooms are poorly insulated; you can clearly hear the street outside and people in the hallway. Since we stayed on the ground floor, this was quite disturbing at times.

The service is good and the staff are friendly. The rooms are very large, and some rooms have small bugs. I stayed in two rooms 8/9. No. 8 is smaller than No. 9, but there are no bugs. It is not recommended for people with poor sleep when facing the street. The noise of the car at night is quite noisy. I can sleep all night after getting used to it for 3 nights. The breakfast is on the rooftop, there are only 4 varieties, and it's a standard that can be eaten. It is very close to the pier and walked for about 3 minutes. There are many places to eat on the side. The prices are okay, similar to Beijing.

公共區風景不錯 房間不大，個人覺得以這個價格來説是還不錯 但他們的櫃檯，英文很差，有點難溝通 加床墊 他們加收150k 淋浴冷熱水 算穩定 早餐有魚.蛋.菜，我覺得算不錯吃 個人覺得 沒有網絡評論的這麽差啦 如果要便宜住宿，還是蠻不錯的選擇😁

Nice, big room with the terrace and bathroom ( hot shower), Breakfast included with the booking. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We stayed on 3 separate occasions and left our lagguage with no issue. We asked for hot water every day which was delivered to room. Very good place to stay for the price in Labuan Bajo.

Good service from the hotel. Very comfortable bedroom. A delicious breakfast and it will be delivered to your room. If you want to rent a motorbike, it is also available and only Rp 100k.
