2-Star Hotels in Komodo

This time Komodo's favorite hotel is very close to the dive shop and the pier! The bedding is comfortable, the room and the balcony are enough for two people, the service is also very good, breakfast can actually be prepared for us at 5:30 in the morning, because we have to go out to dive at 6 o'clock every day, which is really good. The only downside is that the shower water pressure is a bit small, the hot water supply is relatively short, one person has been taking a bath for a long time, and the second person will have to wait for the hot water to wash, otherwise there will be no hot water. Overall, I like this hotel very much. The view is very beautiful. The room design is comfortable. The little brother who helped us carry the luggage. When I left, I wanted to tip him but he was gone in a blink of an eye. Thank you for the service of this store. I like it very much.

Clean, private and adequate stay. Facilities provided were good. Kitchen with water dispenser, fridge, toaster, stove was good for self cooking was a add-on. Limited breakfast options but unlimited coffee, tea an water. Owner - Alvin was polite and kind and helped with required information.

The staff were very helpful. I had booked a room before and after my Komodo cruise, and when I returned, my room was ready several hours before check-in, which was much appreciated. The rooms are clean, the AC works very well, and so does the WiFi, with a few minor glitches but nothing alarming. The restaurant is nice; some dishes are great, while others are just average. The hotel itself is very quiet, but the surrounding area is a bit less so, and some travelers can occasionally be disrespectful of others. The call to prayer and the roosters at 5 AM are a bit jarring, but for me, what matters most is the human interaction, and that was definitely a plus here.

Nice, big room with the terrace and bathroom ( hot shower), Breakfast included with the booking. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We stayed on 3 separate occasions and left our lagguage with no issue. We asked for hot water every day which was delivered to room. Very good place to stay for the price in Labuan Bajo.

Great homestay. It is a bit far away from the center but still only a 12 minute drive. Because we could not find any grab taxi's we asked the owner of the homestay of he could drive us and pick us up. This was no problem. The room itself was a bit basic but it was clean and you have a Private room/bathroom (no hot water) for yourself. The room also has airco which is nice. Wifi is also present. In the morning we also got breakfast. Very nice people to stay at home with.

Uncomfortable and dirty. The sliding door provided no privacy; it was untinted with just a curtain for covering, although it could be locked. It's a budget room, so you get what you pay for.

The sheets were clean but had small holes and definitely needed an upgrade. The bathroom was really dated and although it smelled clean it looked dirty. The shower had really low pressure. The ac unit was really loud. And if you’re a light sleeper be warned that chickens will wake you up at dawn. The staff were friendly and they offered breakfast brought to your room, but I had to leave early so I did not get to eat here. It was fine for one night, but some improvements are needed.

The scenery of the hotel is so beautiful! The morning and evening are the most healing time. The room will be very hot during the day! The air conditioning is not good, but the service staff are very friendly and will solve any problems in time. Disadvantages: (1) The car to the hotel can only be parked on the main road. You need to drag your suitcases along a muddy road of about 80 meters and about 150 steps. You need to be self-reliant the whole way. There are only two female service staffs with limited strength. We almost collapsed on the way to check in. 2 If you are afraid of animals, please choose carefully when sleeping at night! ! The toilet in the room we arranged is open-air. At night, we saw rats, centipedes, geckos and all kinds of insects. There will be mosquitoes and geckos when you sleep at night! Please bring ointments and mosquito repellents!

It's close to the airport and the helpful staff are probably the only two advantages. There is no toilet paper in the toilet. The toilet cannot be flushed and can only be used manually... There is no hot water... The facilities are old. I arrived at 2 o'clock in the middle of the night and caught the flight at 7:30 in the morning. I was really lucky that I only stayed for 5 hours.
