dr.GrithThis is my second stay here, and I'm still impressed. The room, a condo-style unit, is fully equipped the moment you step in. It's spacious and clean, perfect for families – you really feel at home. There's no gym or pool, but the room itself is excellent. It's located directly opposite Hat Yai Technical College and close to Hat Yai Village.

赖宣萦ChloeGreat place with a Baba n Nyonya vibes. Got the room with complimentary breakfast sets for 2. Which is good local selection. The room is not big as it is full of the furniture's. But good enough. The bed is good to sleep in most of all clean. Service is good.

ไปกับลมใต้ปีกThe room is very spacious, with separate living room, bedroom, and bathroom. It comes with a sofa, dining table, and a refrigerator. The bathroom even has a bathtub! It's incredibly good value for money, much cleaner and better than I expected. It's also close to Prince of Songkla University (PSU) entrance 109.

Anonymous UserThis place exceeds my expectation. Not only that it is located very near to Hatyai downtown (only one street away) but also the room is huge for 2, clean and comfortable. Plenty of natural light and easy access to the balcony. Definitely a good find! The access to food, shopping, and attractions is hard to beat. Very much reccomended!

** A Simple Stay**
Nestled in the heart of the city, the Hotel offers a modest retreat for travelers seeking basic accommodations without the frills. During my recent stay, I found the hotel to be adequate but lacking any notable extravagance.
Upon arrival, the check-in process was smooth, and the staff were courteous, albeit not overly attentive. The lobby exuded a functional charm, with minimalistic decor and seating areas that served their purpose without much flair.
As I made my way to the room, I noticed the corridors were clean but somewhat dated, reflecting the hotel's unassuming character. The room itself was spacious enough for a comfortable stay, albeit with furnishings showing signs of wear and tear. The bed, while not luxurious, provided a decent night's sleep, and the linens were clean.
One of the notable aspects of the hotel was its cleanliness; the housekeeping staff did a commendable job of maintaining tidiness throughout my stay. However, the absence of complimentary meals or even a breakfast option was disappointing, especially for travelers looking for convenience.
In terms of amenities, the hotel offered the essentials: Wi-Fi, a television, and a functional bathroom with soap. While these amenities sufficed for my short stay, they may fall short for guests expecting more modern conveniences or recreational facilities.
Overall, the Hotel is a budget-friendly option for travelers seeking a no-frills accommodation option in a convenient location. While it may not dazzle with luxury or amenities, it provides a decent, albeit unremarkable, place to rest one's head after a day of exploring the city.

giva8A cute hotel, clean and quiet, a bit of walk from Lee Gardens, around 10 minutes but lots of food along the way. Some temples and 7-11s too. The area itself is quiet but there's some restaurants nearby if u turn left of the hotel. And a good cafe next door.

The staff were very friendly and the accommodation was clean. The only thing was that the dormitory room was on the third floor, so it was difficult to bring my luggage up there. It was nice that there was a shower and shampoo.

I had to stay in this location so as to visit a friend. Realise that to me at least, this hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Not many bars/ restaurants close by. Regardless, to me the hotel represented great value for money. Great Airconditioning, coffee making facilities, bar fridge and good hot water. Two small negatives from my perspective, In many parts of Asia the bed consists of a bottom sheet yet no top sheet as was the case here. All you get supplied with is a fleecy blanket to cover you. In some other hotels- not this one, the blanket sometimes smells a little leading me to wonder if it gets washed every stay. This one was ok, but I love a top sheet ( first world problem I guess) I found it amusing that when I moved in the girls didn’t give me a key to the door. When I explained that I really wanted a key they explained that to get it I had to pay a $5 (100 baht) deposit. Weird, but no worries. Overall a good stay and would stay again if I ever wanted to be in the middle of nowhere!

Bani Garcia AlleyThis is my personal favorite hotel whenever I visit Hatyai. The price is very reasonable, especially for travelers who just want a comfortable place without expecting luxury. What I love most is that you get the whole room unit to yourself for an affordable price
.
It’s also not located right in the busy Lee Garden area, which I personally prefer because the surroundings are quieter and less crowded. I don’t mind walking whenever I want to explore the city center. Plus, the hotel is conveniently close to many of my favorite local food spots, and Kim Yong Market is not too far away either.
