LunarTeacup88We absolutely loved our stay at The Sea Stay Hat Yai and will definitely be back!
We stayed in the Family Suite, and it was amazingly spacious. It can comfortably accommodate 5–6 people, and honestly, even more if needed. The open floor space is huge, giving everyone plenty of room to move around and relax.
The hotel is newly opened, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. We love its simple yet cozy boutique style. It has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home.
A special thank you to Skate, the owner’s daughter, who runs the hotel. She is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable with her genuine hospitality.
The hotel’s main entrance closes at 6:00 PM, but don’t let that worry you. Guests are given clear instructions on how to enter through the side door after hours, and everything is easy and convenient.
The location is excellent too! It was within walking distance of almost everywhere we wanted to visit, including restaurants, cafés, markets, and attractions, making it a perfect base for exploring Hat Yai.
If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, spacious, and friendly boutique hotel, we highly recommend The Sea Stay. We had such a wonderful experience and can’t wait to return on our next trip to Hat Yai!

Very new hotel option for those who prefer to be close to Central Hat Yai, Asean Market, Greenway Night Market... all within walking distance. The room is cosy, clean and soooo comfortable. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. Rooms are cleaned everyday and they provide complimentary 2 snacks, 2 juices/soda and 2 mineral water bottles everyday. As it is beside the busy road, it can be noisy for some (but they do provide earplugs) but no problem for us. They have about 4-5 private parking. The toilet has ample space for shower and refreshing shower gel and shampoo provided

lawrance lye4th time here at p residence, very good price, clean, room fully equipped with kettle, proper place to hang clothes, good size square layout, with balcony, walking distance to all major attractions, plenty of shops.. With all these mentioned above, the small issues like low water pressure and taking stairs become non issues.. Reminder though; no lift, all walk up rooms, you might get lower or upper unit, not suitable if you have elderly who struggle with mobility, other than that, I say book early.. Especially weekend and holidays..

Javick-songI gave this place a perfect score! Initially, I was looking at another hotel in Hat Yai, not a hostel. But when I found this one, I knew it was the one – no bunk beds, individual capsules! I absolutely loved that. The location is excellent, right in Chinatown, so you can walk in any direction and find great food. The hotel's Americano (44 Baht) was, in my opinion, delicious! The staff were also very enthusiastic. If I ever go to Hat Yai again, I'll definitely choose this place.

Guest UserThe hotel hygiene is well maintained. We love the ambience. If you need to shop, there’s a mini Big C store right infront of the hotel. Entrance for hotel is behind Big C.
There’s no lift, so the staff helped us to carry our luggage. We checked in late around 9pm and the staff on the duty at the receptionist that night wasn’t so friendly. Had the difficulty to communicate and gave us look when she was frustrated. The staff we meet earlier in the morning and during the checkout were nice and warm.
The TV was not a smart tv, so there’s only 3 news channel available. Tv remote control not functioning. The blind/curtain is see through.

Nick ZhuoThe service staff from front desk to security personnel was very nice, helpful and friendly except for one particular lady from front desk. When I approached her to inform her that I need a hair dryer for my room, she just blush me off and said it was inside the drawer and ask me go check. Obviously I did my check and couldn't find it.
Cleanliness wise was abit disappointed. Saw few strands of long hair on the bathroom wall.

The staff were very friendly and the accommodation was clean. The only thing was that the dormitory room was on the third floor, so it was difficult to bring my luggage up there. It was nice that there was a shower and shampoo.

** A Simple Stay**
Nestled in the heart of the city, the Hotel offers a modest retreat for travelers seeking basic accommodations without the frills. During my recent stay, I found the hotel to be adequate but lacking any notable extravagance.
Upon arrival, the check-in process was smooth, and the staff were courteous, albeit not overly attentive. The lobby exuded a functional charm, with minimalistic decor and seating areas that served their purpose without much flair.
As I made my way to the room, I noticed the corridors were clean but somewhat dated, reflecting the hotel's unassuming character. The room itself was spacious enough for a comfortable stay, albeit with furnishings showing signs of wear and tear. The bed, while not luxurious, provided a decent night's sleep, and the linens were clean.
One of the notable aspects of the hotel was its cleanliness; the housekeeping staff did a commendable job of maintaining tidiness throughout my stay. However, the absence of complimentary meals or even a breakfast option was disappointing, especially for travelers looking for convenience.
In terms of amenities, the hotel offered the essentials: Wi-Fi, a television, and a functional bathroom with soap. While these amenities sufficed for my short stay, they may fall short for guests expecting more modern conveniences or recreational facilities.
Overall, the Hotel is a budget-friendly option for travelers seeking a no-frills accommodation option in a convenient location. While it may not dazzle with luxury or amenities, it provides a decent, albeit unremarkable, place to rest one's head after a day of exploring the city.
