Motel is old and needs better maintenance. Both of our rooms heard noise from next door after mid-night. I will not return again.

This hotel saved my life late at night they were willing to give me a roomie even though it was not in the computer as available because there was a small problem so they gave me a pretty good discount I am very pleased with their service

Booked and paid in full online. They have our credit card on file. Didn’t expect they want to charge extra money for room deposit. No problem we can handle the additional payment except Their machine didn’t work scanning my Apple Pay. The older lady was rude and told us we couldn’t stay. That was not our fault. It really hurts! they should fix their machine problem first rather than blaming customer. Finally the younger staff on training figured out how to charge my Apple Card by keying in the numbers. Overall check in was not as friendly and professional as it should be. Breakfast was okay, oatmeal was not done correctly super dry, a simple fix is adding a bit water , yet no one cared. Eggs are not real , artificial eggs. Just a bit disappointed. Rooms are warm and bathrooms is clean.

The heater doesn’t work Other wise good visit

Breakfast personally feels good, there are oranges and apples, all one by one, good. The location is also in the urban area, the entrance is an American-style Japanese meal (American service ^ _ ^), grilled mainly in line with American taste, look at the taste of Chinese people. The location of this hotel is a minute drive from downtown3-5, and Uber takes a taxi to downtown for about $10 (whether it is a day trip pick-up station or a bus stop/train station to denali/sward). We have psychological expectations for the room, pick-up and environment. There is no overreaction when we check in, and the feeling is beyond expectations. The two elderly couples in charge of the pick-up and drop-off are very real people. They will send guests to the airport or bus stop at 4 o'clock in the morning. After all, this hotel pick-up is not a scheduled shuttle service of a large chain hotel. It provides 24-hour pick-up and drop-off. The hospitality is commendable. If the hotel adds another 10-15 US dollars in a very cost-effective room rate, for the airport transfer, there happens to be a downtown transfer, you can give priority to the airport guests, temporarily call an Uber corresponding to the downtown guests, because the guests who have high expectations for the transfer feel neglected, Emotionally easy to sum up, deny the hotel's service. If the hotel spares emergency measures such as hair dryers and room air fresheners at the front desk, it can also avoid expected high guest mood fluctuations.

The hotel provides a free airport shuttle, which can need some time but provides great value given the distance from airport to town. American style breakfast was ok. Room was a bit overheating but they had heater and AC in rooms so that was ok. Also pool with rather cold water and gym as valuable addons. Service was good.

Advantages: 1 The bed is larger than two 1.5cm beds 2. The room is spacious and relatively new, it should be renovated in 2022 3. There is free breakfast, the water dispenser provides hot and cold water, there is a canteen selling instant noodles, and there is a microwave in the room 4 .Free pick-up and drop-off services to the airport and train station. The train station is very close, and the ticket exchange is very fast. It is enough to arrive half an hour in advance. I think it is no problem to arrive 15 minutes in advance. Disadvantages 1. It is a 15-minute walk from the center of the town. There are several hotels in the center which are more convenient. 2. It is close to the train. It's a bit noisy on that side of the station, with trains honking every hour, even at night.
