"Check in no problem. They have a storage room for safe keeping suitcases, etc. The rooms are new, and clean, with multiple bunk beds (open-drape a sheet over it if you want more privacy). They have an open area and 2 adjoining roofed areas where a ton of guests with lots of couches, chairs, coffee and hot/cold water machine (pancake breakfast if paid), ping pong table, foos ball, basket ball net, planned games at night where 40+ people gather to have fun...painting night, singing night, ___ quiz night, etc. All good. Super good location just 1/2 block from the ocean and the Waikiki drag. The price is right around $50 a night"

"This hotel is very good. There is a McDonald's downstairs and next to it, as well as several other restaurants. It is a 7-minute walk from the airport. There is also a free shuttle bus. I personally think it is better to walk there. When I left, I also walked to the airport, which is very close."

"The hotel is located near the airport which is excellent for transient passengers. However, if you plan to stay for visit you may want to consider staying near the tourist spot. We need to take an UBER to another hotel as this hotel is not jn the route of the tour bus where taking going to Pearl Harbor. The staff are friendly and accommodating especially Emil who’s one of the Filipino in the front desk. However, I cannot say the same to the other Filipino staff who’s name I will not say. He needs to polish on his hospitality skills and the way he speaks to the guest of the hotel. You also need to tell front desk everyday that you need them to make up your room as they will not do so since the Covid hits. There’s a free internet available specific to our room but this becomes unavailable after a couple of days stay and we need to connect to the WiFi of other rooms. There’s a Chinese restaurant nearby who serves excellent Chinese food."

"I booked through a third-party and thought I was getting a really good deal then a check in they charge another $30 for the resort fee this is common scheme to add value to their income and I will never ever book a hotel that charge of the resort fee because what the hell is that for.? This trip was for medical diagnostic purposes and not a vacation to Waikiki would never vacation to Waikiki. So the aqua hotel it's a little deceptive so my advice to travelers is to make inquiries about resort fees before you book good luck. I booked a room on the city side with no view and by doing that the room was much quieter than room is it face face Ala Moana Boulevard"
