CCrystalHoliday inn is a great hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent and filling. Full breakfast not continental.
Staff went out of their way to help when my room fridge wasn’t working. They replaced it with a new mini fridge for my room.
I went for a visit to see my son and grandson and hotel staff welcomed my family.
I will return to Holiday Inn in Mesa Arizona again for sure. Thank you .

DDennis WoolvertonNever had heard of Sleep Inn so was a little leary of the stay. I was very impressed with my room, it was comfortable and clean. They serve continental breakfast every morning which was pretty good. There is a diner next door and within walking distance is Walmart and a couple restaurants. Across the street is the Superstition Springs mall for more shopping. Also location was good. Did not see any questionable people lurking around. I would definitely use this hotel again.

GGuest UserMy tv was not entering channels, or using guide properly. So went to desk to discuss, thought most likely batteries were weak. She called the lame weak maintenance person. He looked at tv, said it was the gadget at bottom and turned the channels with remote 6” away. I laughed I want to be able to change channels in bed, LIKE AT HOME!! Told him to bring me a functional tv. Didn’t!!!
Told desk clerks, I need a functioning tv , bring one from another room. She said I don’t know which room? I said any room not in use and has a tv that DOES WORK!!! I need a refund

CCharisse PickardAlthough Denise the manager was awesome, I wouldn't come back to visit. 1st I didn't know this place was located in a not so nice area & doubles as an apartment for some. The bed was uncomfortable & I kept hearing the toilet run. The 1st room we had had an issue with the tub but Denise was on top of it & showed me 2 other rooms I could change to. She was very nice. Unfortunately the place just wasn't what I expected. I would give it 3 stars
