"Although Denise the manager was awesome, I wouldn't come back to visit. 1st I didn't know this place was located in a not so nice area & doubles as an apartment for some. The bed was uncomfortable & I kept hearing the toilet run. The 1st room we had had an issue with the tub but Denise was on top of it & showed me 2 other rooms I could change to. She was very nice. Unfortunately the place just wasn't what I expected. I would give it 3 stars "

GGuest UserWe stayed here for one night before flying out from Mesa Gateway Airport, Location was good, Hotel was very nice. Our flight was leaving early in the morning, so I wanted a hotel close to the airport. A little more than what I wanted to spend but it ended up being a good place to stay before leaving early in the morning. It worked out perfect.

GGuest UserStaff was very friendly. Pool was descent. Gym room was good. I think elliptical need fixed they made a loud noise. Rooms are nice. Bathrooms were nice. Very close to airport. Shuttle lady was friendly but she parked a little far from where I had to go. So I got confused trying to find my way. Was dropped off my baggage claim I was catching a flight.

GGuest UserHighly recommend if staying in the Mesa area. I stayed here for work training nearby. I had a high-floor king room. The beds are very comfortable. I will definitely take advantage of the pool and hot tub next time I stay here again.

GGuest UserEasy to find and check in. I was okay with the room for the price, but then I couldn't sleep well. Because in the middle of the night above my room a lot of noisy people, possibly cleaning the room was loud and disturbing so I couldn't sleep until very late.

GGuest UserNew owners in the place and the regular receptionist has a dismissive attitude. Some rooms are quite nice and it’s a good deal but be careful, the ‘price’ starts at $44 but after taxes etc it sometimes becomes $75. It used to be about $52 but now it’s at least $62 no matter what the initial cost said. The last room was awful: clogged sink, floors dirty, the door could only be opened by the staff, apparently the key cards didn’t work so you would need to see the receptionist to enter. But other times it is nice.
