Very Good
YYIThe hotel is definitely the most cost-effective hotel in Williamsburg. Who lives? Who knows that there are two toilets, two bathrooms, one dining table and two sofas. The hotel does not need to be cleaned every day. Before checking out, you need to clean up all the trash on the desktop. If you use tableware or the like, you must clean it and put it back. If you use tableware but don’t wash dishes, or there is too much uncleaned garbage in the room when you check out, you may be charged a cleaning fee of at least 35 dollars. The reason why this hotel is cheap is more because many things are self-service. The cost will be lowered if the staff asks for less. Consumers also have cheaper and more cost-effective rooms. The front desk staff is very friendly and recommends that if conditions permit, try not to live on the first floor. The room on the first floor is not too humid and it is a little bit humid. All perfect
JJacksonWe checked in late. The first room we were assigned had a broken A/C unit. We told the front desk and they changed our room without question and apologized for the inconvenience. We saw the A/C unit being replaced the next morning when we left to start our day. The staff was very nice. The only complaint we had was the people staying in the room next to us were extremely loud at 2:30am. We called the front desk and they addressed the noise complaint in a timely manner. Overall the hotel was very nice and the room was very clean. We were pleased. We will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.
BBE ABROADABLE - Nat the ExpatThis hotel is PERFECT for budget travelers!
I’m always so scared when I book hotels on the cheaper side of the spectrum in an area, because I just can’t relax in a place that doesn’t feel clean or safe.
Our hotel room was EXTREMELY clean, and the carpets looked brand new! The bed wasn’t amazing, but for the price it was definitely good enough!
The area also felt pretty safe, and the hotels have a very secure flip-lock on the doors (one of the safest kinds of door locks out there!) As a female traveler, I would have felt very safe traveling solo here.
The breakfast has fresh waffles, eggs and sausage, and plenty of pastries/toast/bagels. There’s also yogurt, fruit, cereal, and a coffee/tea bar. It’s not too fancy, but for a budget traveler, it’s perfect.
It’s a 10 minute walk to a grocery store and nearby shops. Less than 5 minutes drive to the Colonial Williamsburg Visitors Center.
We’d totally stay again. It checked all the boxes, and wonderfully so for the price point!
CchuakoknamRoom was clean and bed was comfortable, great for a good night rest. The room looked just like it did in the photo. Amenities was lacking though, only a small tube of shampoo and a bar soap provided, not much more.

HHeath WillardWas a beautiful facility in its time. Wonderful and friendly staff. Wish there was more for breakfast, and all the amenities were functioning correctly. Otherwise clean rooms and pleasant accommodations. We will stay again.we had Christmas there and it felt very much like home away from home. Our kids in front on Christmas Eve.
