"The room was clean. Towels at the pools were plentiful. Only 2 concerns, I requested early check in but was allowed to check in at 4pm. We arrived in the room about 4.05pm and as we were unpacking a housekeeper just walked in stating that he didnt know that we had arrived and he was bringing a toaster. It was alarming that he walked in without knocking."

"Decent location to the nearby Colonial Williamsburg; bathroom was very small...vent was dusty...shower head not working...carpet looked old...bed mattress too soft and had no cover...pillows were awful...TV not always working. Location of hotel near a train line and it was extremely noise during the night (we counted at least 5-7 freight trains during the night). Breakfast was included in room rate, but we did not eat since scrambled eggs looked artificial and pancakes were dry."

"The room was very spacious, with a kitchen and two bathrooms, a large bed, and a sofa bed. It might have been due to the rain, but the room was quite dim. There were three of us, so we used the sofa bed, only to find there was no blanket. The front desk promptly brought one over. The sofa bed wasn't very comfortable, but it was fine for a temporary stay. Overall, it offered good value for money. We made our own breakfast, and the kitchen was fully equipped."

"It was really bad experience. The staff was not friendly. The room was full of roach, the bed smelled bad and had much hair from another people, bed sheets that appear not to have been laundered between guests. We were checked in late but the room still appeared not clean. So disappointed. We were so tired but can’t stay a night there. Talked to a manager about the room issue and she was pretending agreed a refund but after we left, they never did."
