Очень понравилось пребывание в отеле. Гостеприимные, вежливые и тактичные, помогающие во всем владельцы отеля. Комнаты чистые, тихие и уютные. Пешая доступность до площади Регистан и ещё несколько других потрясающих объектов культурного наследия. Мы ходили пешком до площади и гуляли по парку, который прилегает к ней (парк Каримова), шли дальше до базара и саборной мечети Биби ханум, и ещё дальше до некрополя Шахи Зинда, последний особенно поразил красотой и величием. Рядом с площадью много вкусных мест с национальной едой и не только. Огромное спасибо за теплый прием, обязательно посетим ещё раз, когда будем в городе.

This place was astonishingly clean, and the facilities were new and very comfortable. I had initially wanted to stay in the Old Town, but after visiting, I realized that everywhere is new and well-kept. Plus, taxis are easily accessible via ride-hailing apps, so I think it's better to prioritize convenience (being close to the station). My train arrived late at night, and I apologize for making them wait so long. If you're staying here, I recommend informing them of your train's arrival time.

☺️Things to enjoy: Location: literally 30 seconds away from the pedestrian walking street. Registan is just 10 mins away. Breakfast: it's not a buffet and you can't choose, but they cook you 2 home-made dishes (they differ every morning): could be pancakes with jam and fruits + another dish with meat. Staff: nice people, will help with anything they can. People from all over the world stay there: always nice to chat. 👀 What to watch out for: Rooms are quite old, and the carpet on the floor wasn't really clean, so I couldn't do my regular stretches. Towels smelled of mustiness (I guess bc they don't have a dryer). Rooms windows face the inside yard, so it's always way too dark in the rooms. No water bottles / tea / coffee provided in the room, no kettle, fridge, safe box in the room There isn't really a typical hostel / hotel common space to comfortably sit and chat - only this inside yard, but not sofas or room to play board games or comfortably sit.

Advantages: 1. Excellent location. Approximately a 15-minute walk from Registan Square. 2. The front desk staff were very helpful, assisting with luggage up and down stairs even without an elevator. 3. There's a viewing platform on the third floor with sofas and tables, suitable for leisure travelers. Disadvantages: 1. Room types are not standard; the size of the double rooms varies. When no rooms were available, I was given a triple room with a bed that appeared to be only 0.8 meters wide. 2. There's no POS machine at the front desk, and the prepaid deposit cannot be deducted from the room rate; only cash payment is accepted.

We set a triple room, the room is very clean, the decoration is very special, the service is very warm, the breakfast is very rich, you can store your luggage, when you leave the store, you also help us arrange a free delivery to the train station, and send a special gift to the store, and also intimately take a photo with us! In short, the accommodation experience is great! The only fly in the ointment is that there are no slippers and shower caps!

The breakfast here for 2 nights was great and the underground pool was free. The bedroom was comfortable and the restaurants were close, so I had a comfortable and leisurely time. The staff were very friendly ~ 6 It is operated as a restaurant outside breakfast in the restaurant on the floor, but the menu was delicious and I was able to spend a good time

I thought this hotel was a fantastic value. I am a budget traveler and just want a clean, safe place with good wifi. This place was perfect for me. The location is incredible and convenient to the main attractions of the city. The farthest is the Prophet's Tomb, which is maybe a 40-45 minute walk. Everything else is just 5-15 minutes away. There are a bunch of restaurants, shopping, ice cream stands all around, including the bottom of the hotel is adjacent to a restaurant. The room itself was perfect. I had Room 12, which has a window that opens for lots of fresh air. It opens to a room with no visible others, so you get a lot of privacy as well. The wifi worked perfectly and the breakfast was a nice touch. I didn't see any bugs and had no problems with anything at all. The place was clean and I really enjoyed my stay.

The room has been renovated and the bathroom and other areas have a new feel to it. I thought the room would be spacious as shown in the photos, but it was small and there was no refrigerator, but I was able to use the hotel's refrigerator, which was helpful. You can also use the washing machine and kitchen for free. It was very nice to be able to relax in the courtyard at night. I was very grateful to the man who was there at night for helping me out with ants in the room and a bee sting (only minor injuries). I'm sorry for the trouble I caused you with the jam. Another thing that bothered me a little was the smell from the bathroom drain. It was fine on the first day, but the smell started to rise the next morning, which was disappointing. I think it would be a very good place to stay if that could be improved. Thank you very much.

I really liked it. I definitely recommend it. The entire hotel is like a work of art. Clean. The beds have firm mattresses. In the room: Slippers, a kettle, tea, and a Russian music channel on the TV. You can also connect your YouTube or Netflix account. There's no safe. The breakfasts are simple, but quite filling and delicious (8-10 am). If you have an early flight, they can pack a breakfast upon request. For dinner, you can request delivery; they'll be happy to help. There's a whole street of restaurants 10 minutes from the hotel. The location is good; the city center is a 10-minute taxi ride away. The owner and his family live in the same building. They are very hospitable and helpful.
