3-Star Hotels in Edmonton

The hotel is quite new and room is big and clean. Staff is not very helpful or proactive although they are courteous. They did not proactively sent someone to make the sofa bed at night but rather ask me to do it myself. The body wash was not refilled and I have to use shampoo to take bath.

We enjoyed our stay at BW very much, excellent service, super friendly staff always with smile, cozy and spacious room, the only down side is the exhaust machine sound, but you will find a note inside drawer with earplugs, I did not use them since I get used to it like a white sound. I will definitely coming back to this hotel next time I visit Edmonton. Keep up the good job!

The hotel is very cost-effective, the rooms are quite good, clean and tidy, and the staff service is professional. Equipped with an ice machine, this is absolutely perfect for those who like cold drinks! A little regret that there is no buffet breakfast, you need to order your own order. In the corner of an overpass, the surrounding area is a bit messy due to road construction, but there is a large parking lot in front to make a buffer. Overall, it is okay. It is estimated that the construction should be changed after a few months. Because of pet-friendly, this is the second stay. Traveling, you have to drive better, after all, not in Downtown, there are no bustling commercial street attractions around. But there are also fast food such as burgers across the overpass. If you want to live comfortably, check in at other places to eat and drink, then this is enough! In short, it is recommended and worth the money!

this was such a nice location worked out perfect for what we were here for. Room was nice and spacious. We were able to rot away in it lol. Would recommend!

The accomodations were great. The staff, accomodating and professionl. However, when I typed my query into my computer asking for accomodations CLOSE to the event I was attending .... well....THAT was not the case. A solid 20 minute drive in a large city with which I am unfamiliar was not fun. In future I will change my search strategy.

Nice hotel, which was spotlessly clean, with good facilities. Indoor pool and games room plus pool on roof. Good choice for breakfast. Bar area was pleasant, but fairly quiet, although not expensive. In general, the staff were helpful and efficient. The Hotel is in a rather scruffy area about 5 minutes walk from the restaurants and bars but it felt very safe.

The hotel is in a good location, not far from the West Mall, clean and hygienic, late check-out is available, good experience, slightly poor service, the waiter does not smile when taking the luggage

The room facing the street was incredibly noisy. I even doubted if I had closed the window... The elevator was slow. The Wi-Fi had a password and connected successfully, but I couldn't access the internet. This was my first time staying here, and I stayed two more nights to save time on my way back. I guess I'll just keep it on my blacklist from now on.

Good location, by the downtown river, very close to the University of Alberta, there is an open-air paid parking lot downstairs, and the dining and coffee shops downstairs are very close. As an old budget hotel chain, it is still reliable.

It takes about 20 minutes by Uber from Edmonton Airport. It cost about 33 bucks. There is also a Korean restaurant nearby... It is not a walkable distance. All schedules were handled by Uber. The sound of the air conditioner in the room… . It's so big... I turned it off when I went to sleep.
