Staff were very attentive and friendly to guests. When I say friendly, they treat their guest like their neighbour. The room I was booked into was quiet and spacious and relatively clean. Bathroom had been upgraded. The room is quite dated which I don't mind but the chairs they had were tattered and the night stand was a bit low, not level to the bed. Sheets were placed in a hurry but maybe that's just housekeeping workload that day. And breakfast is not a warm breakfast which is an error on my end -- should've called and clarified with staff.

Older facility but was clean and well maintained. All the staff were very friendly and accomodating. Not once were we not greeted with a big smile and greeting by everyone that was working there! I will for sure stay there next time I go visiting in Edmonton.

Close to Blues on Whyte
Comfortable king sized bed.
Large bathrooms.

The staff are amazing and the hotel itself was quiet; beds super comfortable, TV worked no issues, always hot water for shower and very clean.
The hotel is outdated and had deferred maintenance. Broken thermostat, toilet paper older fell off wall, elevator has some issues and breakfast is extremely limited in offerings. Carpets are old with damage and wear. Chairs to sit in are damaged, tables are very worn and all furniture is outdated.
You are paying too much for a room at this hotel because for $15 more per night you can stay in a nicer, newer and more updated hotel.
Don’t get me wrong, this hotel has lots of potential, you just don’t see money being out back into the business which is a shame.

The room is big and clean, it has a small kitchen area but the bathroom fan is not working which is a huge issue with little kids and the furniture is very old

Had to switch rooms within a few hours of check-in due to a very noisy family with young, misbehaving kids in room next to me (I was staying by myself on business, trying to do some work in my room and wanting to go to bed early, rise early). Hotel staff was very accommodating and apologetic. New room was excellent.
