1. **Transfer Service:** As soon as we stepped out of the high-speed rail station, we saw the hotel's business car waiting. The driver not only helped us with our luggage but also enthusiastically shared local travel tips on the way – like which attractions to avoid during peak hours and where to find the most authentic snacks. It felt like chatting with an old friend, and the fatigue from our journey instantly melted away. When we checked out, we even asked the driver to help us take our luggage to the station. The service was thoughtful and thorough from start to finish – the driver deserves a big tip!
2. **Room Experience:** We were so happy the owner upgraded our room for free! The room was very clean and smart, equipped with a voice assistant and a smart toilet. The sheets and duvet covers were spotless, the bedding was super soft, and the pillows were just the right height, ensuring a great night's sleep. Waking up to the sound of birds chirping in the morning was incredibly pleasant. Highly recommended!
3. **Service Details:** Beyond the impressive amenities, the service was truly a bonus! The front desk staff patiently answered all our questions during check-in and even gave us tips for visiting Xiaoqikong Scenic Area!
**Summary:** From pick-up to check-out, every aspect of our stay showed the hotel's dedication and care. If I ever visit this city again, this hotel will definitely be my first choice! QQingchaThe location of the hotel is very good, not facing the street is quite quiet, you can walk for five minutes to the entrance of Xiaoqikong, the boss is very enthusiastic not only to help with luggage, but also introduce the scenic tour guide to prevent pits, the hotel is equipped with elevators, save time and effort, public areas Tea is free, and you can also talk around the table at night. The rice noodles, eggs, fried dough sticks cooked by the breakfast boss himself are quite rich.

QQiudaoyudeziwei^_^The front desk service was excellent; they even helped with our luggage. The room layout was great, very neat and clean. If you're visiting Xiaoqikong, this is definitely the hotel to book – no complaints at all. They also gave us fantastic recommendations for local food, so we avoided any bad dining experiences.

The lady at the front desk provided exceptional service, thoroughly explaining everything we needed to know for our visits to the scenic spots. GGuest UserI was really surprised when checking into the room that was a free upgrade by Trip.com! It was spacious and well equipped. What a luxury! There is a separate shower from the tub. A Japanese-styled toilet. A tea-drinking area. Breakfast was included in the rate, it was simply noodle soup, soya drink and steamed buns. But tasty and filling.
The location is somewhat far for a walk from where you are dropped by the bus if you are carrying a big baggage. Otherwise, it's good for a walk to the scenic gate.

The room is spacious and bright, fully equipped with amenities including a dressing table, smart toilet, central air conditioning, and a great hairdryer.
The cleanliness is impeccable; even those with a slight obsession with cleanliness won't have any worries, as the cleaning staff clearly put in a lot of effort.
The owner was incredibly welcoming and attentive, even recommending restaurants and explaining sightseeing routes to us.

WWenqin36This is a wonderful guesthouse. We arrived at Libo High-Speed Railway Station around 8 PM, and the owner was already waiting for us. He even turned on the air conditioning in our room beforehand and kindly drove us to Xiaoqikong Scenic Area the next morning. The room was spacious with a viewing platform, and the mountain views in the morning were beautiful. The breakfast prepared by the housekeeper was also delicious: a bowl of rice noodles, an egg, porridge, and steamed buns. We stayed for two nights, and the owner even drove us to the high-speed railway station when we left. I would definitely choose this guesthouse again next time.
