Vvr36Nice, new hotel, huge room with kichenette. Breakfast area really small (only a few tables available for eating plus a few sofas with coffee tables; definitely not good for the amount of people/rooms) and not comfortable either (peaple squeeze to move anywhere near buffet), but breakfast itself was tasty.

GGuest UserGood location, opposite the train station, convenient. The breakfast was good and the room was OK. We had two adults and one child, and they arranged a small single bed for me. It was probably for this bed that the front desk insisted on us paying an extra 35 zips when we checked in, which is about 70 RMB, 10% of the room rate. Although the money was not much, the service attitude of the lady at the front desk was really rude and impolite... Fortunately, our Ctrip service staff handled it in time.

ZZlata LThis was our second time at hotel. Really good place near the airport, so comfortable for early morning flights. The room is clean and new decorated. The only minor is if you open the window that facing the main road it is goi to be quite noisy in the room.

RRafalMŚwietny hotel zlokalizowany blisko wrocławskiego ZOO oraz 15 minut jazdy tramwajem z centrum Wrocławia. W budynku hotelu znajduje się również market spożywczy. Hotel posiada około 50 pokoi zlokalizowanych na dwóch piętrach i są urządzone w stylu loftu z betonowym sufitem (wysokie wnętrza). Pokoje są ciepłe i nowoczesne, jest zestaw do kawy i herbaty. Polecam!

EEril Ken TravelsThe apartment was nice and clean amenities were good. Blankets and towels were clean. I just had a problem with the staff over the phone. They had to ask a lot of questions and couldn’t find the booking quickly. Took them a lot of time to answer questions. Also, you have to log on to their app to get instructions how to open the door which is fine but it can get confusing to some people.

AAxel_1966For the price, this is a decent hotel. It is well situated, Rooms are quiet and clean, if a bit austere. There is no room cleaning during the stay. I was there for a week, so I did get new towels. The breakfast is reasonably priced and very varied. This turns into a real restaurant at night. Didn't get a chance to try, as it required reservations.
The room Wi-Fi was not great. It works well in the lobby, and less well, if at all, in the room. That being said, this is a nice hotel, well situated, and reasonably inexpensive. I dealt with the Wifi.

GGuest UserHotel located in a great place. Very close to the market, Ostrów Tumski, very good public transport connection, peace and quiet, Hotel service very nice young people, helpful, polite. Cleaning ladies do a very good job, you can't complain!! Very comfortable bed, high quality mattress, clean bathroom, towels changed daily,. High quality hotel worth recommending!!
