"Visited from Fri till Monday morning, when arriving the hotel looks so big and grand,very posh. The door opens itself. Lovely friendly helpful young man greeted us and organised for us to check in early. We had a very early flight to Wroclaw. He explained the times for restaurant and spa and explained how to get to.our room. We got to our room and it was small but perfect. Warm cosy and inviting. Beds super soft. Bathroom spacious. The hotel provided slippers and dressing gown. Some tea and coffee. Very handy info book in the room . Tram stop just along the road into town centre. Very easy to use avd very cheap. Breakfast very good selection although the hot food was a bit cold. Bread amazing and pastry brilliant. We never managed to get dinner in hotel as we wanted to eat Sunday evening there and was told there was a big party so couldn't get into restaurant. We did get told we could ha e room service. We the thought we would do Sunday lunch instead but again told food not served till 4pm. We went out in the end . We did make use of the spa and got a massage it was brilliant! Loved the hotel but would have been even better with a proper working restaurant with clear eating times. And also if bedrooms had hooks in bathroom for dressing gown"
