"I stayed here with a friend for one nights and was honestly surprised by how well-equipped the apartment was. We had a microwave, induction hob, cooking utensils, dishes, and even a proper sink and workspace—it’s the kind of setup you usually don’t get at this price range. The room was clean and bright, the bathroom was spotless, and yes—the air conditioning actually works! It was such a relief after spending a long hot day walking around the city. There was no hairdryer, which is something to note, but overall the comfort level was great. Location-wise, it’s a bit far from the city center—we decided to walk and it took us about 50 minutes on foot (yes, we’re a bit crazy). But it’s also reachable by public transport if you prefer not to go full-pilgrimage mode like we did. All in all, it’s a great spot for travelers who want a quiet, clean, and functional base for exploring Wrocław. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Overall, I have very mixed feelings. 1. Tasty breakfasts from the menu; the buffet is ridiculous; it would be better if there wasn't one. Two juices to choose from, apple and pear :) and remember, this is a 5-star hotel. There's not even honey for the tea. So, compared to a competing hotel nearby for the same price, I don't know why you're paying so much for breakfast. 2. The photos of the rooms on the trip were slightly different from the real thing. There was no picture on the wall and no chair to sit on. 3. Poor quality, unbranded cosmetics. They irritate the skin. There's not even a label to read the ingredients."

"A very disappointing stay. After booking, the hotel practically did not answer the messages. I only received a partial answer to one question on the day of arrival. The biggest problem hotel did not inform the guests that at night from 23:30 to 6:00 there will be total power, elevator and lights shut down. We learned about this by accident from the card in the elevator. We lived on the 42nd floor and the evacuation exits were closed. It's just dangerous. The room also did not meet the standard: dirty table, stained sofa, no closet and even basic hangers. For security reasons, we left the hotel just before the night."

"Great hotel, clean room and nice shower, coffee dispenser, comfortable bed and pillows and a really nice view of the river. Very close proximity to the town, just 5-6 min walk in a quiet place. Negatives are they need a deposit of 500 PLN, a bit too much and the area around is a bit deteriorated or there are road works around."

"The first thing to point out is the great location: right in the heart of the city, in front of Wrocław's iconic town hall (visible from the windows of the "common room" on the 3rd floor, see my photos). Despite the area being almost constantly busy with tourists, we didn't hear any noise from our room, which faced the inner courtyard. The room, on the 2nd floor, was tiny but sufficient. The common kitchen is equipped with a fridge. The showers are of push-button type, each dose annoyingly short, and the cabins are small and have no clothes hangers. You need a strategy to avoid your things get wet, or keep them outside the cabin. No elevators in the building. The whole place (except the classy common room) is slightly shabby and could be tidier and cleaner, but it is a clean and decent hostel overall. Upon checking out, we were able to keep our luggage in the hostel until the evening, for which we are very grateful."

"The location couldn't be better. Everything was very quick and self-service. I expected a fridge in the apartment, but there wasn't one. I didn't look into it beforehand, as I assumed it would be standard. I had a problem on the first night with the lighting and air conditioning in the room because it's not easy for guests to figure out, and there are no instructions. The bathroom light is sensor-activated and takes an incredibly long time to turn off. The air conditioning is turned on and off with a master switch. The worst part was the bedside reading lamps. I pressed all the buttons, and they wouldn't turn off for anything. In the end, I had to turn off a master power switch that controls both the air conditioning and these lights (what's the logic in them being linked?!). As a result, I had to leave the windows slightly open and suffered with street noise all night and woke up to a strong smell of cigarette smoke. A precious night wasted. The service was good, not great, as there were apologies but no attempt to make things right. The mattress is too soft, and the pillows are completely fluffy, causing a lot of discomfort. I found a photo of the hotel from 1945 and posted it here."
