"A very disappointing stay. After booking, the hotel barely responded to messages. I only received a partial answer to one question on the day of arrival. The biggest problem: the hotel failed to inform guests that there would be a complete power cut, elevators, and lights outage from 11:30 PM to 6:00 AM. We learned about this accidentally from a note in the elevator. We stayed on the 42nd floor, and the emergency exits were locked. This is simply unsafe. The room was also substandard: a dirty table, a stained sofa, and no wardrobe or even basic hangers. For safety reasons, we left the hotel before nightfall. I expect a refund for this stay."

Unfortunately, the reviews I read before booking did not reflect the reality of my stay. The room I was given was extremely small, dark, and—most concerning—had unclean bedding. The sheets were stained, and I experienced severe itching throughout the night. Although I had booked two nights, I left after the first and moved to Lux Apart-Hotel in the market square, which was far superior and only slightly more expensive."
