I recently had the pleasure of staying at a youth hostel that truly stood out for its exceptional qualities. Nestled in a residential area, its location was incredibly convenient, offering a tranquil retreat just a bike ride away from the city center—less than 10 minutes to be exact. This made for peaceful nights, ensuring a restful sleep in a safe environment. The hostel is run by a delightful couple whose hospitality knew no bounds. They were not only eager to assist with any issues that arose but also went above and beyond by providing bicycles. This thoughtful touch significantly enhanced my mobility around Houston, allowing me to reach various destinations swiftly. What set this hostel apart was the attention to detail and the array of complimentary amenities, including cookies, milk, cereal, coffee, and tea. The cleanliness and smart technology throughout the house contributed to a seamless stay, making it the best hostel experience I've ever had. The bathroom towels folded into swan shapes were a testament to the owners' dedication to detail, adding a touch of elegance and care. The warmth of the place was akin to being at home, with the owners always ready for a chat, eager to answer questions, and share their stories and experiences. A highlight for me was the world map on the living room wall, where guests could pin their home countries—a fun and interactive way to connect with fellow travelers. In summary, this hostel was more than just a place to stay; it felt like a home, or perhaps more accurately, a homestay. It's undoubtedly the best hostel I've ever stayed in globally, blending the comfort of a home with the adventurous spirit of a hostel.

We stayed at Home2Suite during our last trip to Houston but it was the one at Pearland. We arrived at this one late in the night and the staff at the front desk was very friendly. However once we entered the lift, we were welcomed with a strong greasy smell. The hall way had rug that was clean but obviously old. The major concern was the room which had a hole in the ceiling inside the toilet dripping water all over the floor. The AC also wasn’t working well that even at 19 degrees Celsius, was still warm. Initial complain to the staff was met with no vacant room, that they were fully booked. We managed for the first three days because we were outdoors most of the time. The room was later changed to a more comfortable one. The other thing was the swimming pool. My kids really wanted to swim during our stay but the staff mentioned that some handle to the pool was broken and that it was closed. The breakfast was also good but with little varieties to choose from.

For the location, you are required to walk across 4 high speed lanes in order to get to the fast food restaurants. Airport shuttle returning to the airport is one of the most important factors for airport hotels. I asked the night before to reserve spots for 5 people to return back to the airport because I need to be picked up by port shuttle at a specific time. I was told by front desk to arrive at the lobby 15 minutes before shuttle arrival. When I arrived at the lobby, there was a long line up with more than 10 people ahead of me. The airport shuttle drop off can ruin the entire hospitality experience. Instead of first come first serve, I am suggesting a sign up sheet indicating number of people and time of pick up. The chaos and stress for airport drop off is unnecessary.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The location was convenient, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, I was a bit disappointed with the amenities, particularly the weight room. The weight room was small and outdated, with limited equipment and not well-maintained. As someone who enjoys working out during my travels, I found the lack of quality fitness facilities to be a downside. Despite this, I still enjoyed my stay at the hotel due to its other positive attributes. The on-site restaurant served delicious food, the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, and the room service was prompt and efficient. If the hotel could invest in upgrading their weight room and fitness facilities, it would greatly enhance the overall guest experience. I would consider staying here again in the future, but hope to see improvements in this area.”

Family-friendly Hotel, the facilities are slightly old, the kind of carpet, a crooked table in the bathroom is a bit weird. Service is OK, including breakfast and dinner, it is very convenient if the budget is limited. Adults give wine coupons, three glasses per adult per night, drinking is very suitable. Half of the pool is open-air and half is blocked by the roof, suitable for all weather. The spa is small and only four people can participate at the same time. Two elevators, one direct to the dining area and one facing the parking lot, are very convenient. Outside the parking lot is the construction site, there is a little noise, the night is more obvious but it does not affect the rest very much. Because it is close to the medical area, there are many patients who have stayed in the family after surgery and look forward to their early recovery. Overall it is highly recommended.

Everything was as expected. Free breakfast, laundry room and even better with suites and some day fast food restaurants in walking distance.

The staff really made the experience above and beyond. We expected a very basic stay, the room and shower/bathroom was extremely clean. The check in/reception was really 100% amazing through and through. They make you feel right at home. Will book here again if needed in the future.

the hotel has a comfortable beds and nice 50 inch tvs in each room . couches and a desk and bar area with fridge . nice hot water in shower . streaming is available in each room and free coffee. staff is nice too .

The environment is good, the service staff is enthusiastic, and there is a gym downstairs. Unfortunately, I didn't know when I left. There are no shopping malls nearby, but it is not far from shopping malls such as Galleria

The elevator did not work so we had to use the stairs with our luggage. We had an elderly couple in our party. I had also paid for my trip through the booking company and I was charged again. I had to wait about 2wks until I was finally refunded.
