Houston Hotels with Balcony

Hotel environment is good, location is convenient, business travel is preferred, next time there is a business trip arrangement will choose this hotel, very good choice, it is worth choosing many times, hotel breakfast is individually ordered

A very satisfying stay. The hotel is in a good location, with a long corridor that can shelter from the wind and rain, and it is directly connected to the shopping center opposite, which is very convenient for eating and shopping.

Nice hotel! The bed was comfy, the room was nice and a good size, and the staff were friendly. Only docked a star because the pool hours were weird and we waited for over 15 minutes for a luggage rack for checkout and when they didn’t show we just carried it down ourselves.

Suitable for business travel

Breakfast was great. The room was clean and the facilities felt safe. I waited 30+ minutes to be checked in because no one was on the premises to do so and no one was answering the phone or text. I confirmed my reservation with the B and B several days in advance via phone and received no instructions regarding check-in. I found out later that I should have received an email/text with check-in instructions, but never did. Make sure you do. The room had a bed, a desk table and chair. No thermostat. There was a ceiling fan with a remote that didn't work, so no way to adjust temperature or turn the light off after you were in bed. I was just there one night and it got the job done, but won't return.

I really liked the location; it's near Rice University, so you can easily take a stroll around the campus. There's also valet parking downstairs, which is convenient. My only complaint is that I was charged on my credit card even though I'd already paid through Trip.com, and I only got a refund after negotiating with Trip.com. The picture is of Rice University.

Service: Very polite. We arrived in the morning. Although we couldn't check in, we were treated to free breakfast and left our luggage. Facilities: This is similar to domestic chain hotels. Although it is not the latest, it is acceptable. Environment: Very close to NRG park, relatively convenient
