Great hotel in fantastic location. New and clean. It’s one block to the old town and all restaurants. The hotel is opposite a small park so very quiet. The best is there is a bus stop to the airport conveniently across the road for when you are ready to leave :-)

Facilities: Great! It's rare to find a European hotel that provides two free bottles of mineral water, capsule coffee, tea, and a kettle – this one in San Sebastián is truly excellent! Cleanliness: Tidy and spotless. Service: Smiling service throughout, super sweet! They even offer valet parking and brought my luggage to the front desk. I wanted to tip, but the bellhop was gone in a flash! Environment: Just a 2-minute walk from La Concha beach and 10 minutes from the old town – absolutely fantastic!

I stayed in a ”city view” room during my solo trip through the Basque region and it was such a comfortable room I forgot about not having sea view. Though I do recommend to go to the cafe to have the beachside experience if you get the city view room because it overlooks a construction site on the back street. The hotel was an easy 15min walk with my heavy suitcase from the intercity bus center, just beside the beach. The room was squeaky clean with a large bathtub, and the bed so comfortable I could not get up to go see the sunset! Also helpful kind staff and great location for getting around the city on foot or by bus. I went to the Chillida Leku museum it was 30min by bus no25. Highly recommend!

Located on a quiet street right in the heart of town, a few minutes walk to the old town and to the beach, this is a gem of a hotel, clean, modern and with an excellent restaurant attached. The staff are very helpful and attentive in multiple languages. One of the best recent hotel stays I've experienced. Thank you.

When I arrived, the reception staff greeted me with a smile. I was more enjoyable for my trip to San Sebastian because I taught me the recommended bars and restaurants. We had a very comfortable time with clean room and perfect bed making. I want to stay again.

I stayed at Hotel Zinema7 for 4 nights. The hotel has a modern design, comfortable rooms, and a pleasant atmosphere overall. However, there were a few disappointing aspects to the stay. The location is not very central, which means you need to rely on buses or taxis more often than expected to reach the Old Town and main tourist areas. The biggest frustration was that the telephone in the room was not working throughout the stay, despite reporting the issue. Unfortunately, it was never fixed, which made communication with reception inconvenient. Another disappointing point was the complimentary water policy. Water was provided only on the first day, even during a 4-day stay, which felt unnecessarily stingy for a hotel of this category. Overall, the hotel has good design and comfortable facilities, but the service experience and attention to guest convenience could definitely be improved.

Lovely and clean. Great proximity to the beach and some very nice restaurants. Close to bus stops as well which is good, although a walk to Old town is manageable and quite pleasant if you’re fit enough. Staff were welcoming and nice. Overall, very good spot to stay in.

This hotel is adults only, which is great! There should be more like it. The location is fine, it’s in a quiet street, which feels far out the city, but it’s actually around the corner from the shops and cathedral and the beach. It’s about 20 mins walk from the old town, though. The hotel has a trendy feel and is very ************ and inclusive, which is fantastic. However the rooms are really small and there’s nowhere at all to put one’s toiletries in the bathroom: it could have been designed better. The balcony was huge and great, but without sun umbrella we couldn’t stay outside in the 30C heat. We found some maintenance issues: leaking tap, broken bathroom door, wonky TV set, but the rest was fine. Average, but cheaper than other hotels in the area.

The hotel is located about 15-20 min walk to the center of San Sebastian. Staff are kind and extremely helpful. Cleanliness was good. Restaurant was surprisingly very good in the lobby. stayed there for 5nights and 6 days was well worth it. The price was quite expensive for what i paid but it was during the film festival so was well worth it. would certainly stay here on my way back to San Sebastian Wonderful knowledgeable staff who are genuinely helpful
