Hotel is small but in a great location. Reception area is small and no lobby as such. Check in was quick and easy with hints and tips shared. Hotel smells amazing when entering. Room incredibly spacious and bathroom is a great size. Nice touch of a Dyson hairdryer if needed. Good selection in the mini bar and not too expensive.  Gym is small with 2 cardio machines, 1 weight machine and some dumbbells.  Bar area closed as 8 which was a shame as would have been nice to enjoy a drink outside although drink options limited.  5 minute walk from old town. I would recommend and stay here again

**”BAD: Beware of the 'Upgrade'”** Our priority when booking was the room size and budget, so we reserved a 32m² City View room. At check-in, the hotel staff offered us an ”upgrade.” He said that for an additional €25 per day, we could ”upgrade,” so we agreed. However, while the room did have a Sea View, the size was downgraded to just 21m². I told them that paying €25 to have a smaller room was a downgrade, but they insisted that the view had been upgraded. I asked to be moved back to the room we originally booked, but the staff ignored my request for an entire day. Let me ask you this: if you went to see a new landscape, and the view changed, how would you describe it? You wouldn’t say the landscape itself was ”upgraded,” would you? You’d say the view was different or better. The following day, I finally got a response from the staff. They told me I’d need to pay an additional €70 per day if I wanted a 32m² Sea View room. While the hotel facilities and scenery are excellent, the staff are focused entirely on business and seem to aim to squeeze every extra euro from their guests. In the end, we ended up paying the €25. **Beware of the 'Upgrade.'”**

A boutique hotel close to the Dona Katalina Zubia. There are two entrances to the hotel, the main one facing the road and the other entrance facing the Urumea River. Staff were friendly and always had a smile. The hotel is quite clean and everything is within 15mins walk. The amenities are limited, but there is a 24 hour reception and bar downstairs, a nice roof top sunbathing area and a gym. Please double check the other amenities listing when booking, as I don't recall seeing the Public Bath, Foot Bath and Clothes Dryer as advertise. I would also suggest to check the batteries of the remotes before someone check ins, as I had to request it to be changed and it wasn't available until the next day, more compliment bottles of water and dental kits (given there was 3 of us and only 2 bottles and 1 kit). Overall though, I enjoyed the stay and would come back again.

The staff were welcoming and especially attentive to our arrival with our 2-year-old son. The breakfast was very comprehensive, and the staff were friendly. Our only slight complaint was that the room was a little warm, and we couldn't seem to adjust the ventilation. We would still recommend this hotel.

Great little hotel just across the river from old town, walkable everywhere, including the bus station. Loved the investment in proper dark blinds that keep out the light and soundproofing (important for the noise from the bar downstairs that goes until the early morning). Basic amenities (e.g. shampoo/conditioner/body wash all in one and 1 bottle of water which was not refilled during our 3-night stay) but great value for the location and quality of the room. Would stay again!

Facilities: Especially good! The location has nothing to say! The environment is very good! It is inconvenient to travel, suitable for self-driving and free parking. Health: very good! Very advanced! Environment: Nothing to say, overlooking Shell Bay! Service: so-so! Breakfast is very good! ! ! !

This hotel is adults only, which is great! There should be more like it. The location is fine, it’s in a quiet street, which feels far out the city, but it’s actually around the corner from the shops and cathedral and the beach. It’s about 20 mins walk from the old town, though. The hotel has a trendy feel and is very ************ and inclusive, which is fantastic. However the rooms are really small and there’s nowhere at all to put one’s toiletries in the bathroom: it could have been designed better. The balcony was huge and great, but without sun umbrella we couldn’t stay outside in the 30C heat. We found some maintenance issues: leaking tap, broken bathroom door, wonky TV set, but the rest was fine. Average, but cheaper than other hotels in the area.

Modern stylish hotel with very clean and comfortable rooms.Staff were efficient and helpful,facilities were impressive especially the gym. Very pretty walk to the beach,10 minutes or old town,20 minutes

The room is large, clean, comfortable and beautiful. The service is friendly. The car is parked right in front of the hotel, and there are many parking spaces. It is about 2 kilometers away from Shell Beach, which is not far, but it is a bit tiring to go up and down the mountain.

It was a pleasant stay, parking is free and easy scross the road which is a bonus. Although this place is attached to another hotel which is much more impressive, it makes you jealous you are not there!
