The location is great - 3 minute walk from the Como Lago train station, and walking distance to the lakefront. Lots of nearby restaurants. Stefano is easy to communicate with, was always available and provided great service. The bathroom was huge!

Great stay at this hotel. The rooms were well sized, clean and well equipped. We had direct garden access and a great view. What really set apart this hotel and made the stay very enjoyable was the staff. Everyone was very helpful and friendly and was always there to help when we needed them. 10/10 service! Make sure to try the breakfast with the amazing views too!

Before visiting, I was curious why the satisfaction here was so high, but I think the reason is that the warm hearts of the staff are conveyed to the guests. My stay at The Vitrum was superb. The location is excellent, the room was large and wonderfully charming. The bathroom steam is amazing / we used it daily after long walks exploring and shopping in Como. I will definitely stay there next year when I visit the most beautiful Lake Como

Hotel is just charming! Authentic little suite with ancient oven, a compartment and dressed cabinet, furniture and truly from the last century. Despite this, everything is in very good condition. The bathrooms are very clean, cosmetic items taste delicious, snow towels, bed linen, everything is very decent. The first impression is a little deceptive, diving into the atmosphere of the last century, but then gradually falling in love with it, it is absolutely successfully located and has just a chic view on the lake. This small boutique hotel deserves special attention thanks to the careful staff. Good breakfasts and pleasant compliments in the lounge bar as a pleasant bonus for our stay.

Everything was perfect. The apartment was clean, nice view. I highly recommend it. Jona was really kind, excellent in communication and responded quickly to any questions we had.
