4-Star Hotels in Benito Juarez

The hotel was fantastic. We got a free upgrade to a family suite room which was really nice! We only spent 2 days there but I thought everything was good. The hotel seems like it’s been there quite a while and it’s not particularly modern, but they maintain it really well. For that area the price and quality it’s definitely worth a stay!

i booked last night (recommended by Chat GBT!) and had a great sleep. The bed was comfortable and had the best pillow on my trip of 5 days so far. Nice blind blocks out light. Had some trouble with the espresso machine (nice touch), but it was promptly changed. it’s ideally located at La Isla shopping mall. The rooftop bar was really buzzing till 11 pm, so you might not want to book the fifth floor. I was on the 4th and it was perfect. i swam this a.m.—both the pool and jacuzzi were delightfully warm. Caught up with Emily in Paris on Netflix! I’d stay again in a minute. in fact, i may go back this trip. i also found Trip.com had the very best price for this hotel: $165.

I absolutely love this hotel chain. The value for money is excellent. The food is decent, nothing fancy, but there's a huge variety. The staff are attentive. The entertainment is great. This particular hotel has a venue called 'Riu Party' where guests from all Riu Cancun hotels come for parties. The beach is okay, not the most beautiful, but at least there wasn't much seaweed in the water, just a little bit on the shore. The cocktails are alright, though the Margarita was certainly strange; they only made a good one at the Mexican à la carte restaurant. The evening shows aren't that good, they can be a bit boring, but you can always grab a taxi and head into town.

It is a nature-friendly place. While riding a bike around the hotel, I was able to meet various animals such as coatis, lizards, and iguanas. The beach right in front is beautiful, and there are many restaurants that serve delicious food, so I was happy while staying at the hotel.

The room is large, the staff is very enthusiastic and has a good attitude. It is very suitable for those who have booked a tour. It is in the city and close to the airport. It seems to have been simply renovated. The hygiene is good. The bed is very large, it seems to be 2 meters. It is especially good for a family of three to stay

Stayed here for Christmas. The hotel facilities were just okay, but the sea view was quite nice. The food, however, was very mediocre.

To start with, this wasn’t my first trip to Cancún, and I’d stayed at a few hotels there before—I’m talking about budget options that were still in good locations. This time, I chose Crystal Cancún; it was much more expensive than the other hotels, even though the difference in location wasn’t that significant. For some reason, when I booked the hotel, (Trip.com) it was listed as all-inclusive, but it turned out not to be. Upon arrival, the hotel asked me to pay an additional $600 USD for the all-inclusive package for 3 nights. The room I was staying in had a door leading to the neighboring room where other people were staying. It was open. There was absolutely no soundproofing. The window facing the street didn’t close tightly, so you could hear everything. But I’d like to give a special thanks to the staff and the housekeeping team. The service was excellent.

The hotel was decent, and the staff were very friendly. Our stay was fine every day, except for the last day when we were told that our meals weren't included, despite having paid for them. The receptionist insisted they weren't. They ask for a lot of tips, but that's optional – you can tip if you want, or not if you don't. It's true that at first the service is excellent, but as the days go by, if you don't tip, you tend to receive less attention. Our room safe stopped working because its battery died, but they fixed it quickly, and we were able to retrieve our belongings.

It was an all-inclusive hotel for families. There are many types of restaurants and the food is delicious, so I was able to spend time without getting bored of the food. I was able to leave my luggage, change my clothes, and enjoy my meals before the check-in time, and I was grateful for the flexibility.

Complete and clean facilities, first-class service and super staff, I will return again, thank you very much for all your service.
