My wife and I had an unforgettable and wonderful experience at NYX Hotel. The hotel's warm and hospitable experience made me extremely excited. Every delicious meal leaves me at a loss as to what to choose. The restaurant works very late every day, allowing guests to have a meal at any time. It is particularly worth mentioning that the front desk staff, Aejandro and Olivcr, helped me with everything. You know, I don't speak English, let alone Spanish. When there was a problem with the one-day tour I booked with the travel agency, Aejandro made many calls for me and helped me solve the problem. I want to thank these two handsome Mexican lads! Next time I come, I will still choose NYX!

I stayed here for three nights to experience a taste of Mexico. The room, although a bit old, was very well-maintained. The hygiene and front desk service were quite professional by Mexican standards. For under 500 RMB, staying here offers great value for money. The 24-hour coffee at the front desk and free breakfast are definite bonuses.

We’re room 620 with beach club access the location of the hotel is perfect it’s close to everything you need, mall, restaurant, hospital, money changer and a lot more! You should the beach club access u won’t regret! And ladies at the reception are very helpful and very nice they can answer everything u need to know! I love my stay at Krystal Urban Carlos and Itzel are super nice! And the breakfast is superb!
