The staff is very friendly and attentive. The food at both the buffet and the pool is wonderful. I recommend that at the buffet, both for breakfast and lunch/dinner, you order your drink first because it is so big that it takes a while to serve. (Nothing important, but that way when you have chosen your food you already have the drink on the table).
There are several restaurants that you have to book for lunch/dinner but they tell you everything at check-in. The pool has a towel service at no extra cost.
Perhaps the alcoholic drinks would be of better quality; instead of fresh fruit for the cocktails they use syrups and that makes them taste a bit more artificial. Even so, they are good. Personally I did not like the tequila ones.
It is far from the hotel zone so if you do not have a rental car, it will be expensive to leave the hotel. Even so, it is not a problem. If you need to leave, they call a taxi and that's it.
And last but not least, we checked out at 12 as stated, but since our flight was leaving at night, they gave us a “day-pass” bracelet that allowed us to continue using the common facilities until 5:00 p.m. with all-inclusive as well.

그러나 시설은 툴룸이 더 나음
1층침대 이용했는데 머리가 2층 침대에 닿을정도로 협소함
여직원에게 2층 사람이 코골아서 밤새 잠을 잘못잔다고 분명 말했는데 내가 기본적인 언어밖에 못해서 못알아듣는다고 옆직원에게 흉봄. 나는 영어 스페인. 두개로 전달함 화났으나. 싸우기 싫어 참음. 강전망이 좋음

GGuest UserVery clean! Pool water was freezing!!! Could not really enjoy the pool. Staff were great and so was the buffet. We went to relax and thats just what we did.

MMejiaPabloA lot of luxury, very cool, there is no parking, you leave your car on the street, the dishes were not washed well, the use of the sailboat is free, but they charge you 200 pesos for environmental tax and they give you a bracelet that says it is 58 pesos because of this tax and they don't give bracelets to everyone, someone does business there, then the rivers say in the ads that they close at 7, but the staff takes you out at 6, and the main attraction of the water park is still useless. So I would return, the food in the Brazilian restaurant is very good, better than in the oriental one, which is the only one you have to reserve.

Alternative transport options from the airport are very expensive, even if very close, 10 min ride.
