While the decor was modern and the cleanliness satisfactory, there were many aspects of the experience that fell short of expectations.
Firstly, the absence of appropriately sized cups for the coffee machine was a notable inconvenience. Despite providing coffee, the lack of corresponding cups rendered the machine unusable, which was disappointing.
Additionally, the bathroom amenities were subpar, resembling cheap, generic products found in supermarkets rather than the expected quality of hotel-grade toiletries.
However, what truly exacerbated our dissatisfaction was the poor service attitude demonstrated by the host. When we communicated our delayed arrival due to a flight delay, the host abruptly ended the call midway through our conversation, displaying a lack of professionalism and courtesy.
Furthermore, the inconsistency regarding the checkout time was deeply frustrating. Initially informed of a 2:00 PM checkout, we were later informed of a revised time of 12:20 PM, with the host confusing the pronunciation of ‘2’ and ‘12’. During our attempts to clarify this discrepancy, the host abruptly terminated the call, leaving my girlfriend and me feeling rushed and unduly pressured to vacate the premises.
Overall, while certain aspects of the accommodation were satisfactory, the overall experience was marred by inadequate amenities and unprofessional service.

Guest UserThe location was perfect for me: close to the sights and the old city, there was a 24-hour shop right around the corner, and different bus stops were also available on foot. A busy street was behind the window, but it didn't bother me, because I used the climate control in the room and the window was closed all the time. I stayed in a standart single room, it had enough space and high ceilings - one could easily joggle with five objects in there :) It was clean and cosy but sometimes I noticed dust in the corners. There were hygiene kit of cotton pads, swabs, nail file and also shampoo, body milk, shower gel and a cap. A nice addition - kettle, but there wasn't a socket nearby the table so I had to place it on the chait in the middle of the room or even on the floor... The same thing is about the sockets nearby the bed - none. However, there were a lot of cups and plates. Also the minibar was full of beverages (for charge). What bothered me mostly - clothes ironing was also available only as a paid service. Ok, I won't go broke, but after I got my shirt back it was not ironed enough, I would do it better. On the counter - one of the best things - breakfast. Various, delicious and served till 11 a.m. I wish I could taste all the items! Also staff was friendly, helpful and spoke English.
So, I consider it as a not perfect but a quite good place to stay with a reasonable price.

It's okay for a one-night stay, but not for a longer stay. The hotel and rooms are somewhat unkempt, and the room isn't very clean. It's advertised as a 4-star hotel, but there wasn't even complimentary water in the room. The room, like the rest of the hotel, was smoky. It's located on a strip club street, next to a strip club that stays open until the early hours, and you can hear the music in the rooms.

The service was polite. Late check-in is available since the reception operates 24/7. The room was clean and looked good. No complimentary water was provided - only paid options in the minibar.
Breakfast was tasty, but if you want an espresso or cappuccino, it costs extra; filter coffee is included in the breakfast.
Parking is included in the price. There are 3 free spots in front of the hotel and about 10 in a yard behind it. Street parking in front of the hotel is in a paid zone, with Sundays being free.
What we didn’t like was that it was 7°C outside, and the room was quite cold. The reception told us that heating from the air conditioner is turned off by the state, so it only blows cold air and they have no alternative. We had to sleep with three blankets, which was not very pleasant.

Very convenient and clear in service hotel. check-in is fast and check-out was also done simply by handing over the keys. 1 minute. we appreciated the breakfasts, which are exactly like in the pics. variety of dishes, everything is very fresh and hot. Room service and the restaurant work more than 10 points. Thanks to them. Appreciate it
there are shortcomings that, in my opinion, can be corrected. in addition to the order, I asked for TWO beds, because I was traveling with a 15-year-old son.
but they gave us a large one and in response to my request to change the room, I didn't receive the desired result because the hotel was 100% occupied. although I made a hotel reservation 2 weeks before the trip.
at my request, the beds were moved apart but the room is too small for this (19 m) and a couple of centimeters didn't play any role. so, if you want to have needed beds or one bed need to send them reminder couple times on summer period.

travelblizzardThe hotel room was great and the location I would say it’s super convenient but the problem is that they don’t refill the water and the tea besides the first day. I was very surprised when I called the receptionist and asked if they could bring water since the cleaning lady forgot to refill it but they say it’s only complimentary on the first day. That was shocking as it has been the first time ever to see this. Also when booking on trip.com you see that it says “Welcome Fruits” but the food only fruit I saw was at the reception on a bowl display. The ladies at the reception during the day they were amazing and super helpful but the men from the Night Shift are quite unfriendly. Overall I would recommend it but I would encourage the hotel to work on their complimentary water as it is nice to come back after sightseeing and drink some bottle water.

MsViktoria21What I liked most about the room was the clean floor and the small balcony. The lack of slippers in the room was a bit disappointing, but for one night it wasn't a big deal. The location is good, and both check-in and check-out were contactless. There are a couple of bars right across the street, for those interested.

Located on the banks of the Danube in Belgrade, this hotel features a spa, a quiet environment, and beautiful scenery. You can enjoy a relaxing morning stroll along the riverbank – highly recommended.

Nice small clean hotel.
The location is convenient, close to the center.
There is paid parking in the courtyard, it costs about 20 euros per day. It is better to agree on this issue in advance, in Belgrade (especially in the center) it is almost impossible to park (there is an underground parking Garage, the price is 20 euros per day), you will miss the hotel with a probability of 99%. Those who have a car, study the issue in advance.

Hilal BaydarFive Points Square - City Center’a ikinci gelişimizdi ve yine çok memnun ayrıldık. Konumu gerçekten harika, şehir merkezinde her yere yürüyerek ulaşabildik. Odalar çok temizdi ve konforluydu. Personel çok yardımsever ve güler yüzlü, kendimizi çok rahat hissettik. Fiyat/performans açısından kesinlikle tavsiye ediyoruz. Belgrad’a tekrar gelirsek yine burayı tercih ederiz.
