4-Star Hotels in Belgrade

While the decor was modern and the cleanliness satisfactory, there were many aspects of the experience that fell short of expectations. Firstly, the absence of appropriately sized cups for the coffee machine was a notable inconvenience. Despite providing coffee, the lack of corresponding cups rendered the machine unusable, which was disappointing. Additionally, the bathroom amenities were subpar, resembling cheap, generic products found in supermarkets rather than the expected quality of hotel-grade toiletries. However, what truly exacerbated our dissatisfaction was the poor service attitude demonstrated by the host. When we communicated our delayed arrival due to a flight delay, the host abruptly ended the call midway through our conversation, displaying a lack of professionalism and courtesy. Furthermore, the inconsistency regarding the checkout time was deeply frustrating. Initially informed of a 2:00 PM checkout, we were later informed of a revised time of 12:20 PM, with the host confusing the pronunciation of ‘2’ and ‘12’. During our attempts to clarify this discrepancy, the host abruptly terminated the call, leaving my girlfriend and me feeling rushed and unduly pressured to vacate the premises. Overall, while certain aspects of the accommodation were satisfactory, the overall experience was marred by inadequate amenities and unprofessional service.

The location was perfect for me: close to the sights and the old city, there was a 24-hour shop right around the corner, and different bus stops were also available on foot. A busy street was behind the window, but it didn't bother me, because I used the climate control in the room and the window was closed all the time. I stayed in a standart single room, it had enough space and high ceilings - one could easily joggle with five objects in there :) It was clean and cosy but sometimes I noticed dust in the corners. There were hygiene kit of cotton pads, swabs, nail file and also shampoo, body milk, shower gel and a cap. A nice addition - kettle, but there wasn't a socket nearby the table so I had to place it on the chait in the middle of the room or even on the floor... The same thing is about the sockets nearby the bed - none. However, there were a lot of cups and plates. Also the minibar was full of beverages (for charge). What bothered me mostly - clothes ironing was also available only as a paid service. Ok, I won't go broke, but after I got my shirt back it was not ironed enough, I would do it better. On the counter - one of the best things - breakfast. Various, delicious and served till 11 a.m. I wish I could taste all the items! Also staff was friendly, helpful and spoke English. So, I consider it as a not perfect but a quite good place to stay with a reasonable price.

Simply the best location, right in the heart of Belgrade. From the airport, take the free 72 bus to the last stop and it's just a 5-minute walk to the hotel. The breakfasts are amazing, they have everything and more! In the room, there's tea, coffee, and water available at the cooler in reception. The bed is comfortable, and hot water is the most important thing for me. We stayed for one night on a layover. I really regret not booking a longer stopover, as the city feels so cozy to me. I will definitely come back to Belgrade and only to this hotel. I recommend it to everyone!

Excellent, spacious room. I was initially given a room on the 4th floor, but the elevator only goes to the 3rd floor. I asked to be upgraded to a room on the 3rd floor because my suitcase was very heavy, and there are also many steps to the reception desk, which was difficult for me. They upgraded my room without any problems. The room was clean, there was a bar, multi-level lighting, and hot water was available without any problems. It's in the old town area. The road to the hotel is cobblestone, so you can't drive right up to it. You'll have to walk about 300 meters. There are great restaurants and cafes nearby.

Very convenient and clear in service hotel. check-in is fast and check-out was also done simply by handing over the keys. 1 minute. we appreciated the breakfasts, which are exactly like in the pics. variety of dishes, everything is very fresh and hot. Room service and the restaurant work more than 10 points. Thanks to them. Appreciate it there are shortcomings that, in my opinion, can be corrected. in addition to the order, I asked for TWO beds, because I was traveling with a 15-year-old son. but they gave us a large one and in response to my request to change the room, I didn't receive the desired result because the hotel was 100% occupied. although I made a hotel reservation 2 weeks before the trip. at my request, the beds were moved apart but the room is too small for this (19 m) and a couple of centimeters didn't play any role. so, if you want to have needed beds or one bed need to send them reminder couple times on summer period.

Отличный отель, есть возможность бесконтактного заселения. Удобное местоположение, приятный интерьер. Есть все для комфортного ночлега, отдельно хочется отметить классные принадлежности для душа.)

What I liked most about the room was the clean floor and the small balcony. The lack of slippers in the room was a bit disappointing, but for one night it wasn't a big deal. The location is good, and both check-in and check-out were contactless. There are a couple of bars right across the street, for those interested.

Located on the banks of the Danube in Belgrade, this hotel features a spa, a quiet environment, and beautiful scenery. You can enjoy a relaxing morning stroll along the riverbank – highly recommended.

The hotel is conveniently located, very close to the Republic Square. There are many stops around, you can go anywhere. The hotel claims to be four stars. In accordance with the level of the hotel, I would like to receive the corresponding conditions of stay. The pillow was yellow, there was a hole in the pillowcase. Three out of five days I put a ”Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, but on the two days when cleaning was done, it was very poor quality. They only took out the trash, there was trash on the floor in the room, and hair on the floor in the bathroom. According to Serbian law, hotel administrators must register a guest arriving to them and make him a white card. Even at the stage of registration at the hotel, my passport was scanned several times, so I did not find out anything else. After 4 days, I decided to ask how things were with my white card, to which I received the answer: ”Do you need a white card?” After that, I received it, but with a great delay and if I were asked to present it at the airport when leaving Serbia, I would have to pay a fine. The situation is very unpleasant.

Location is perfect just in the heart of Beograd. This hotel is very worn out, no drinking water in room provided. The entrance from the square is under construction and also the stairs, elevator and floor’s carpet around the hotel needs urgent renovation, it looks very old and dirty. Anyway Staff is friendly and helpful. The room is quite Ok but I think that it’s Ok just for 1 night staying.
