Facilities: Very complete, the rooms have everything, especially the spring water (filtered) from the Yinhu Pond prepared for each room, which really fits the characteristics of the Spring City. Hygiene: Very clean Environment: Really good, leaning against the lake, sitting on the futon and drinking your own tea bag, it's really great!! Living by the lake, no noise at night! Service: The service is very good, and fruits will be delivered in the evening, and breakfast is delivered once for free. It is said that there are also family suites, which is very convenient to bring your family here, and it is only a few hundred meters to walk to Baotu Spring! There are also buses at the bus stop at the door that go directly to Daming Lake and Chaoran Tower! They will also introduce local characteristics. When I go to Jinan in the future, this hotel is my first choice, it is so convenient!

Clean modern hotel, large size room, breakfast reasonable, but all of this is meaningless when the room was like an oven and the air con not only didn’t work, but the cold setting kept automatically jumping back up to 25 degrees and actually warming the room. The main purpose of booking a hotel is somewhere to sleep for the night, and when it is way too hot too sleep, then that is a major drawback!

The hotel I booked this time is very cost-effective and has a good location. It is surrounded by mountains on one side and the city on the other. There are three shopping malls (Wanda and two Ginza) nearby. The check-in process is very fast. Welcome fruit and afternoon tea included in the online package will be sent. The afternoon tea has dried fruits, fruits, lobby bar drinks, etc. The overall service level is high, and the reception housekeeper manager has strong business capabilities.

Facilities: The hotel has complete supporting facilities and the smart toilet is also very good! Hygiene: There is always a cleaning lady mopping the floor in the hall to ensure it is clean. We walked from the tourist center once and found that this hotel actually has its own independent entrance and exit. The first time we came in, we could locate the Zhangqiu Ancient City Fire Rescue Station. It took a few minutes to walk from the door of the fire station to the hotel. Check-in at the hotel front desk + facial recognition in the scenic area, so as to avoid the dense crowds in the tourist center. Facilities: The hotel is very new and has a little bit of decoration. The family room is very large. I don’t understand why a narrow double bed of 1.5*2m is placed, which is narrower than the double bed in ordinary hotels. The bathroom is separated into three parts, dry and wet, which is convenient for family use. There is also a small gym in the building. Breakfast is a choice between buffet and early wine set. Because I only stayed for one day, I didn’t choose early wine set. The hotel buffet breakfast is quite rich. The whole journey of the Chenxi Cruise is shared by the boat: after checking in, scan the code at the front desk to make an appointment for the next day's cruise. There are three time periods. Gather in the lobby according to the scheduled time period and board the boat from the hotel's own independent dock, so you don't have to squeeze with tourists. This hotel booked for the cruise is really worth it. Other gifts: There are welcome fruits in the room, Sprite + sugar-free cola + Tsingtao beer + 2 bottles of water in the free refrigerator mini bar. Rooms and Facilities This time we stayed in the Xianghe Xianting Shenyuan King Room. The room is spacious and bright. The bedroom is equipped with tatami and floor heating, which is especially suitable for staying in winter, warm and comfortable. The independent hot spring room in the backyard is quite distinctive, with a large pool and toiletries from the high-end brand BALMAIN. The overall design blends perfectly with the Tang-style atmosphere, making it relaxing. During business hours, the service attitude is good and basically all requests can be met. Geography and convenience The B&B is located in a relatively remote location, and the surroundings are relatively quiet, suitable for relaxation. However, due to the geographical location, it is not convenient to order takeout at midnight or early morning. If you need to buy daily necessities, you need to walk nearly one kilometer to the nearby University Town convenience store. It is some distance away from the Mingshui Ancient City Scenic Area, about ten minutes' drive away, so it is not very convenient to visit. Deficiencies and suggestions for improvement Although the overall design and service of the homestay are satisfactory, some details still need to be improved: Business hours: The B&B stops service at 11pm, which is a little inconvenient. It is recommended to extend business hours or provide night-time emergency service solutions to enhance the guest experience. Courtyard utilization rate: The actual utilization rate of the courtyard is low in winter, and it only has viewing and atmosphere functions. It is recommended to add facilities suitable for winter use (such as outdoor heating equipment) to improve the practicality of the courtyard. Tatami maintenance: The joints of the tatami in the room are slightly loose. It is recommended to strengthen daily maintenance to ensure living comfort. Problems with hot spring facilities: Although the stone design of the hot spring adds a sense of atmosphere, it affects walking and foot feel, and the anti-slip treatment is not in place, posing certain safety hazards. It is recommended to optimize the ground design inside the pool. Wear and tear issues in the B&B: The B&B has been in operation for nearly a year, and some facilities have shown signs of wear and tear. It is recommended to conduct regular inspections and renovations to maintain a high-quality experience. Improved convenience: The B&B is positioned as a high-end B&B, but its convenience is slightly lacking. It is recommended to add a mini convenience store or provide basic item delivery services at night to improve the convenience for guests. Summarize Huazhushe Jianshan Jielu Tang-style B&B provides guests with a warm and relaxing environment with its spacious and comfortable rooms, high-quality hot spring facilities and Tang-style atmosphere. However, there is still room for improvement in detail design and convenience, especially in the usability of the winter courtyard, night service and facility maintenance. If these problems can be optimized, this place will be more attractive, especially for travelers who pursue quietness and quality.

Birthday cake was prepared for our birthday celebration, even decorated the room with flower and lights! When we request for housekeeping or anything, it gets done immediately which is pretty impressive! Once again, thank you Erin for giving us over and above service during our stay!

The hotel environment is very good. I really made the right choice this time. It is spacious and has a swimming pool and gym inside, which is very convenient. The room is clean and bright. You can order food in the restaurant. The stir-fried dishes are also delicious. It is cleaner than takeout and cost-effective.
