We were here in yichang for a night stopover after our cruise docked. Location of Hotel is abt 2.5km away from Wanda Plaza / Three Gorges cruise center. Taxi is easily available for just RMB 8, 10 mins drive away. The room is smart voice enabled XiaoDu similar to Google. So spacious, comfortable, modern, very clean & functional. Has amazing views of the river. Really loved this hotel. Breakfast spread is good mostly Asian cuisine.

Because I stayed here to listen to Li Zongsheng's concert, it's near the Yichang Olympic Sports Center Stadium, a quarter of an hour's walk. The room is very clean and beautiful, with electric switch curtains and Bluetooth speakers. The indoor and outdoor environment is beautiful and pleasing to the eye. The service is also very meticulous and considerate, especially a front desk gentleman named Dong, who helped to carry the heavy luggage all the way to the room, and also enthusiastically recommended local delicacies: Xiaoyutian Feiyu, Weixiao Restaurant, and snack streets such as Taozhu Road, Fusui Road, and CBD. The experience is perfect. If I have the opportunity to visit Yichang, I will choose here again

The facilities are very clean, the cleaning is very attentive (I can't remember the name of the cleaning staff who left me a message), it is very quiet, and the balcony is very nice to drink tea. fabulous large room with a great view, very comfortable bed and pillows and exquisite bedding.  location. Excellent with local shops and restaurants and tube station three minutes walk away. wi-Fi was fast and consistent in the room, which I have found a problem at other Chinese hotels I am a solo traveller and the staff went out of their way to take care of me . They organised a superb driver for me to do some private tourist activities ( the waterfalls were out of this world and not so crowded, which I really appreciated). The bathroom is particularly nice with a really big shower and a bath tub plus lovely fluffy towels.  breakfasts were really good with a wide selection of healthy and also more typical offerings and unusual for China. The service at Taohualing really won me over! I must praise the staff including Li Ying, Dai Jinyan, Lu Jianjun, Wan Hao, etc. They are enthusiastic and meticulous. From the moment you step into the lobby, you will feel warm inside. Check-in is efficient and fast. Li Ying in the lobby leads you to the room and introduces the surrounding tourist routes. The guest rooms are comfortable and tidy, and the layout is warm and cozy. Your fatigue will disappear instantly. The buffet breakfast has rich varieties, which will conquer your taste buds. Here, I truly felt at home. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure vacation, Taohualing is a great choice. I sincerely recommend it to everyone. You will definitely not regret it if you come!

The hotel is relatively new and clean. I got upgraded to a Junior Suite as typical Guestrooms were sold out when I check in and the bed, showers are all comfortable. As it's a suite, would prefer to have tissue by the vanity counter & also another trash bin next to it as there is only one trash bin in the bathroom and it's located inside the toilet room instead.

The hotel is located in the city center, and it is very convenient to travel. It is very close to the shopping mall and the snack street, and it can be reached in a few minutes on foot.
