Добрый день ! Я посещала данное заведение с самого открытия ! Все меня знали , и ждали как часто посещаемого гостя , обслуживание было на уровне ,для этого я и ходила сюда , но за последние годы что -то пошло не так , сервис с каждым годом годом все хуже и хуже , блюда не стоят своих денег , не скажу ,что не вкусно , но этого того не стоит , можно поесть дешевле и вкуснее в нашем городе , любила очень летнее кафе ,которое находиться на улице поставили какие -то садовые кресла , были хорошие не холодные из ротанга -более симпатичные , не знаю , в чем проблема , и почему одно из лучших заведений и моего любимого всё превратилось в обычную забегаловку ! У нас и так нет приличных заведений в городе ,и к сожалению восток скатился до уровня кофейни, с дорогими ценами ! Очень жаль ,что ваш уровень упал !Р.s. На улице вечером прохладно ,люди сидят и им предлагают скатерть, чтобы не замёрзнуть , пледы ,нет не слышали про такое !

Замечательные мастера Наталья и Ирина в велнес-клубе ❤️🙏 Хожу уже несколько лет на спа-процедуры, аюрведа выше всяких похвал! Приятные полотенчики, вкусный чай, доброжелательная атмосфера, чистота, тематический декор к праздникам тоже к плюсам. К минусам - «вафельные» халаты на процедуры) раньше были нежные, обволакивающие махровые - хочется их вернуть!)) Уютная кофейня при отеле, неплохой выбор блюд и интересная подача. В целом отель оставляет приятное впечатление.
