Sayed at this hotel a few times and will be back again, very convenient and good quality for the money and the area.

Good location with plenty of dining options around. My room was clean, quiet, and had everything I needed. My main complaint is that the bed was very uncomfortable. It felt as if the mattress was long beyond worn out - if felt fairly lumpy. Did not get a good night's sleep unfortunately.

It was ideal for going to be in Audiences for tv shows

On this occasion, we found the bed pillows a bit to solid and lumpy, so didn't sleep that well. They seemed ok on our last stopover. At breakfast on the Sunday the folded soviet was found to already have been used, with food stains on the inside. Just minor faults but they all have an effect on ones stay. We'd still stay again as we like the area.

My favourite Hotel in the area, staff excellent,Jess who checked us in was both helpful and informative. well looked after. Breakfast is Good with choice available, Marco Pierre white restaurant part of the hotel has good choice and wasn’t over busy when we ate. Definitely my go to hotel, Would recommend 10/10 Thank you.

Excellent hotel. Would recommend this to anyone. The room was on the 15th floor, amazing views. The room had 2 single beds, tea and coffee facilities, and 2 shortbread biscuits, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, the bathroom was lovely bath and shower in one, had shampoo, conditioner and shower gel all on the wall. Spare towels also. Nice size room, had a table with a swirly chair, and an armchair in the corner, and a fridge which was a nice little bonus. Breakfast was lovely we ordered it the day before which was £10 but if you wanted to buy on the day it was £20, great selection of hot and cold food. All members of staff were lovely check in was simple. We had food downstairs little pricey but what isn’t these days! There was another restaurant upstairs but we didn’t realise this till after and the prices were a little cheaper but all depends what you want. Parking was £11 for 24 hours but we used the tram which is so easy. Would stay here again.

Great good sized rooms, super comfy beds. Friendly, welcoming staff and breakfast was great with friendly staff. Safe didn’t work in our room, but we didn’t need it.
