Best Stuttgart Spa Hotels

The location of the hotel is excellent, the hotel is neat and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful at all times and the breakfast was excellent. But: When charging the electric car, a blocking fee is charged, which was not mentioned anywhere. In addition, the hotel charges a parking space fee. This does not meet my expectations of fairness and transparency.

We enjoyed our stay! There is a small selection of vegan options available at breakfast, which is great :)

Mega comfortable rest at Le Meridien Luxury Hotel near the city centre, to which you can reach through the green city park. Very polite and welcoming staff. New and spacious rooms with stunning noise insulation. Very quiet and no sounds are heard from the street, even in those rooms that come out on the busy carriageway. Good and big pool, fruit, water and tea for your services. A stunning and very diverse breakfast: dishes for any taste - pancakes, waffles, baking, sausages and fish, omlets and freshly squeezed freshes and mushrooms. Best place in the city!

While the hotel staff is very nice and the rooms are nice,y appointment, my room has two serious problems. On arrival at 5:30pm I found one of the room windows full open and it would not close. As the window had been open all day the room was very warm and there were many flies buzzing around the room. Staff was unable to move me to a different room they claimed. It took until nearly 10pm to close the window. At that point, it was found the HVAC was broken hence the prior guest had likely pried the window open. Unable to sleep due to the heat, I cannot recommend the hotel based on my stay. Someone lucky to get a room with proper cooling likely enjoyed their stay.

Positive things first : - Fast elevators - Big Room - Lots of seating possibilities in room - Bathroom with shower separate from Toilet - Big bed - Nice lightning - Lots of storage Now the negative things: - Can't close the curtains properly - so it's quite light ( especially as the building in front of us had the lights on... ( maybe add some clips on the wall where we could clip the curtains in ). - Very soft pillows ( like really soft xD ) - It wasn't mentioned anywhere that the Parking is NOT in the same building. Really inconvenient as you have to walk over a high speed big street, then 2 floor down to find your car - not really ideal if with Luggage or if you have difficulties to walk. Otherwise it was a great stay :)

Very satisfied with this new hotel with high cost performance, design, comfort and location. The room is large, with a very high floor height, harmonious colors, user-friendly design and reasonable layout. It's very convenient to go anywhere. This is the only hotel in this trip that gave me the room type I booked without any negotiation. Because I found that in Europe, as long as you are Chinese, you will usually be downgraded to a smaller or worse room type if you pay extra for a good room type. In the end, you have to go to the front desk to negotiate to get the room type you reserved. This hotel is the only hotel that didn't bully me this time and directly booked me a room type. It must be rated as five stars! Another tip, if you don’t speak English well, when booking a room in Europe, book a basic room. Don’t pay extra to book a different room type, because if nothing else, they will definitely give you a worse room type. This is based on my experience. , this time I booked a 1-1 night stay, but there were only 3 attempts to change rooms without re-negotiation, which made my stay very frustrating. On other days, I have to negotiate at the front desk every day, which is very tiring!

Perfekte Lage für einen Urlaub mit Musical Besuch. Auch das SI Centrum mit guten Restaurants ist sehr nah. Freundliches Personal, geräumige Zimmer mit bequemem Bett. Für mich alles Top!

We really enjoy our stay at Hotel Azenberg. The location was perfect for us as we could walk to the city center (15-20mn walk). And the staff was great, always there when needed. They even went the extra miles and called a museum where we forgot some of our belongings and made sure we could collect them back although it was a bank holiday.

In the room of 1400 a night, except for the bed quilt, bath water, towel, toilet paper, even a bottle of water, the service is too bad. The price is very low. Breakfast is barely passable, fried eggs and egg rolls to tell the waiter, do now, you can also sit outside the garden. Not far from the train station, but also have to walk for a while. The train station is under overhaul and it is not easy to walk. Stuttgart is not big and public transportation is convenient

My daughter is based in the Army in Stuttgart, so I stayed in the hotel for 5 nights. I have to say that except for one young woman, the Reception staff was the most inhospitable that I have ever encountered. It started with my arrival. I had a confirmed reservation, had checked in on line, and had informed the hotel that I would be arriving late. When I arrived, the reception clerk spent 10 minutes working on the computer and mumbling something before finally informing me that they had no room for me. They did offer to send me to another hotel and then I could either move back to the Pullman or stay at the other hotel. Of course, I had no idea how close this hotel was or any other information. I insisted that there must be a room there -- and they finally said that there was a suite available for one night and that I would have to move the following morning (which I did). Through all of this, there were no apologies for the inconvenience nor any offered compensation for the inconvenience of having to change rooms. They acted like I was being unreasonable for insisting on a room. During my stay, if I needed anything from the front desk, I frequently had to wait while they finished not one -- but several tasks and took a new phone call while I waited. Not once did I see a smile on anyone's face. I was not alone in receiving this treatment -- and noticed that other customers were treated equally as rudely. The room was comfortable, although the carpet always looked dirty. The housecleaning was undependable -- some days they came and some days they did not. I have stayed in other Pullman hotels, and this one did not meet the standards of the chain for cleanliness, and custome service.
