The service there was horrible the manager so kurang ajar. At first we go the hotel check in the worker didn't mention about the water heater is under repair. After we go in the hotel we realize there was no hot water so we call the reception, the manager say will help us check and call to the maintenance people after like 30 min i didn't see anyone coming to solve the problem so I call again the manager attitude was so bad he said like I already say I will call the maintenance people. After dinner time the water heater still not functioning so I go down the reception and ask the worker said the whole hotel room water heater under repair so need wait until tmr . If was super double bad attitude bad experience. Beside that the water are super dirty the water in the bathroom is yellow color for the whole day I stay and the bed all is not clean. Seriously 4 star hotel give me this service 🙄🙄

Summit Hotel Subang USJ is located outside KL, around ~30 minutes via car. Convenient access to Sunway and other nearby areas. We had to go to Taylor’s University and it was around ~15 minutes away via car. Easy to book Grab and there are convenience stores and small malls conveniently beside the hotel.

This is an old hotel with old facilities. No complimentary parking, u will be charged RM 2 for per entry. Towel provided torn and old. Even though pillow sheet looks clean but pillow inside were ughhhh. Very few plug point.

I am looking for a place with bathtub..i wanted to relax..i have no issue on water and rooms..its fine by me..the only issue i have is parking..i parked at red color pillar which supposedly close to the lift to the hotel..but there’s another lift at the red pillar but its not going straight to the hotel lobby..it gets me to the shopping mall..so i had to walk to go to the lobby..maybe its not that far but the exit door at the shopping mall connected to the hotel was close..i had to make one big turn to go to the lobby..i guess they should put more signage for the guests to park near the lift to the lobby..otherwise..we’ll get lost

The card that we used failed to open the door 3 separate times in 2 days. There was a small pipe leak that caused our bathroom floor mat to get soaked.

Good location, 30-40 minutes to KLIA, very near to very happening place ---- Sunway Pyramid. But the front desk is very inefficient, very slow and still learning. Need to give training to employees. Infrastructure is old, time to upgrade
