I haven't been to Dongdaihe for a few years. I still chose Haitianyi this time. The reasons are as follows: 1. It's near the sea, and the corner of the stairs is the sea. 2. Private beach, there are entertainment facilities for children, quiet without too many people disturbing. 3. The room is comfortable, simple European style, high floor and good view. 4. You can bring pets. 5. The price is close to the people.
About eating nearby: Haitianyi is indeed not as prosperous as Kaisa, but you can find must-eat restaurants within a short drive. Also recommend nearby: Laotaimen soup dumplings (breakfast), Laowangtou dumplings (lunch), Yuyuan BBQ (Dinner)

房間很乾凈，環境挺好，18樓，能看見海，孩子很喜歡，附近吃的不太多了，早點下樓有一個，出小區馬路邊有幾家吃海鮮的，附近的好多門臉不知道關門了還是怎麼樣，空的挺多，喜歡安靜的看海的比較推薦附近

房間打理的很乾凈，佈局合理，最有特色的是離海近。俗稱的涼台能釣魚🎣的感覺。在酒店涼台可以看到日出，真是太爽了。

房間很乾凈，工作人員態度非常好，下樓就是沙灘，老闆的房間照片很真實，放心住！海景很漂亮，如果天氣更好點，會看的非常遠。樓下沙灘可以放煙花，好看是好看，但真的呼籲放完煙花要稍微自己清理一下，扔進垃圾桶！早上5點多出門趕海，已經有工作人員在辛苦收拾了，但是沙灘上還是有很多煙花殘渣。沙灘人很少，我們在沙灘上燒烤了，感覺非常棒。沙灘上還有很多孩子玩無動力設施，雖然有點救，但是孩子依舊玩的不亦樂乎！期待明年再來！

設施齊全，被褥很乾凈。適合休閑度假。衹是離東戴河的中心位置偏遠一點點。有車就無所謂了，公寓服務還是挺不錯的，有求必應。吐槽一下公寓下邊的餐廳吧，海鮮都不怎麼新鮮，還比較貴。味道就更差了。需要改善經營理念，提升品質才可以經營的更久。😂😂😂
