Hotel Neptun Beach

Rooms are spotless hotel spotless,entertainment absolutely diabolical( bingo one night u shout bingo but don’t win, and are given toothpicks to mark your numbers that are called through a Bluetooth speaker Food is good but gets repeated but you can understand that at this time of year Hotel is great location right near everything Staff all friendly and helpful The big problem is the entertainment there isn’t any actual entertainment. The pools are freeing inside and out the jacuzzi is cold water outside , the sauna is no where to be seen If you want a quiet holiday then this is the one for you.

Great Room looking over the Beach and pool... very clean throughout. Downside in my view was the food, not great but others had full Plates. Strange set up with lobby bar, you have to pay for drinks even if A/l..just get drinks in other area and take them in there..I want the Barmans Job... Forgot to mention that 95% of the Dining room Staff are like load of Robots walking around, probably don't want to be here as hotel closes next week

Management I hope You read this, Neptune maybe a 4* Hotel But the service you receive is not even a 1.5* in certain areas, ie the lady in charge of restaurant was so rude actually huffing & breathing over us,and then went off & give the young girl a loud telling off in front of guests very unprofessional, we have never complained at a hotel but the Blonde Girl and Dark haired boy in the upstairs cocktail bar are very rude and aggressive they sit there on there mobile phones ignoring you, and when they do serve you, they are laughing & joking, and you know by their expressions etc there taking the piss out of you, and other paying guests, after complaint nothing changed so management obviously done nothing,(you can only get all inclusive cocktails from 2-6pm) Dark haired girl is good very polite , we have had it in both cocktail bar, and pool bar where they ask you what you want, and then go off and serve someone else first , the green shirt people are the best with great service, and restaurant waiters are pleasant, this is our first time and only time to this hotel, The pool bar is not all inclusive after 6pm but you can go to the upstairs bar then take your drinks down to the pool bar so they might aswell have it all inclusive really. The Al a carte restaurant is really nice with good service. The pool is very cold a few people braved it. The rooms are nice and cleaned daily. The hotel have a sign saying to not reserve sunbeds but this was never enforced with people always reserving them before they would go for breakfast. Would we stay again no.

superior room was great although garden view and not beach facing as we asked but was ok, low floor and garden was extremely hot from 4pm onwards and kids club played games there late afternoon. usual fight for sunbeds and same people put towels down every morning, hotel has a lift towel policy if nobody on them from 9am but we saw lifeguard and security walk past certain towels daily and the folks didnt show up until lunchtime. hotel was beautiful and exceptionally clean, team of cleaners all day working. pool was cleaned every morning and was lovely. jacuzzi pool was full of kids on inflatables daily which was a shame as there was a large kids pool at other end but nobody told them this. we would usually go bnb only nut we didnt het an option for this so we were all inclusive, breakfast was amazing and you would be hard pushed to not find anything to eat, lunch was great too and snack bar all afternoon great and unlimited local drinks n beer n cocktails most of day, brilliant. dinner was not so good, seemed to cater more for german,bulgarian and european taste as opposed to uk but we like to eat out anyways. local bars n restaurants so cheap and never had a bad meal. the hawaii steaks were like melt in mouth, chinese at back of old globus hotel was amazing. if doing one trip do khans tent, spectacular views and show was great. food just ok, and 1 soft drink included in price. nxt time i would book myself for actual restaurant in khans and take in show while there.

Perfekt Hotel for a family vaccation. Great management, super staff, fair prices, nice enviroment (if you want to spend an evening outside of the hotel), modern rooms, great food.... I could go on and on..... We will be back next year!!!! Thank you folks for making our stay so memroble! 🐺

Just returned from a fortnight in Sunny Beach at the Sentido Hotel Neputun Beach. The hotel is lovely and is kept spotless by an army of cleaning staff. The reports of the pool being cold are correct but obviously this is overcome in a few minutes - or my top tip is to have a dip in the sea beforehand (it's just a few metres away) and by the time you have come back and washed the sand off in the shower, getting into the pool feels pretty warm! In terms of location, the hotel is perfectly located for the beach. It's also a short walk to the bars/clubs. Unfortunately, our room was situated in the B Zone, which overlooks the road and was therefore quite noisy at night, with revellers, singers and karaoke until the early hours and then the dustcarts emptying bottles in the morning. Fortunately, our children are teens and therefore slept through the noise but I would definitely suggest requesting or paying extra for the sea/pool view room. The food was good, particularly breakfast, plentiful and a good variety. My only bug bear was no butter was available, only margarine, which did somewhat spoil the delicious breads on offer for me. I highly recommend the A La Carte meal, which can be taken once per visit and must be booked 24 hours in advance. The food was delicious and it was nice to be waited on. There are 4 bars ( but the one inside the hotel is not part of the all inclusive). The pool bar is a pay bar after 6.00pm. The majority of the hotel staff were lovely, with a couple of moody exceptions! But my highest praise goes to the Animation Team, who were all talented and very impressive young people. They went out of their way to get to know the customers and worked so hard to get everyone involved in the activities on offer, as well as performing in some of the evening shows and, of course, the mini-disco for the kids (and performing the Backazz dance several times a day with enthusiasm!). Thanks for a fantastic first visit to Sunny Beach.

Just back from a week staying at this hotel. It is amazing. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff are super friendly. Couldn’t fault the food lots of variety. The Terrace bar is great the staff there so polite and can’t do enough for you. The pool area is also great including the pool bar and the best thing it’s not possible to reserve sunbeds. There are signs all around the hotel including inside and outside of the lift telling you you cannot reserve sunbeds by placing towels on them yet people still do and the staff go round every morning removing them, which is very entertaining to watch. Perfect location, right on the beach where you can hire cabanas and umbrellas. Can’t comment on the entertainment as we went out most days onto the beach and at night after having our evening meal. The only downside with this hotel is that they only have one type of diet drink which is Coke zero, so not really suitable when you have a diabetic child with you, as drinking only water on your holiday is not fun for a 15-year-old. But other than that this hotel is perfect. We would not stay again for this is simply due to the diet drink situation and if if you have no dietary requirements, then this hotel could not be beaten.

Just returned from a weeks holiday in the Neptune Beach Hotel in Sunny Beach, Bulgaria with my teenage son. The hotel itself is ideally located in the heart of the Sunny Beach resort. We were given a twin room in the Annex part of the hotel. Don’t, repeat Don’t book a room in this part of the hotel. Our room although clean and spacious overlooked the ‘nightlife’ area of the main *****… even with the windows closed at night you could still hear the loud music until 2am every morning. As we were All Inclusive we ate in the hotel for around 50% of our time there. The restaurant opened for breakfast at 7am and for dinner closed at 9pm, you could pretty much have something to eat either in the restaurant during meal times or the patio bar outwith the restaurant between these times. The quality and variety of food on display were very good in comparison to other hotels we have stayed in Bulgaria previously. The staff in the hotel are very friendly and whilst we were there the hotel was made up of predominately German and Russian guests. I think there was only 1 other English family in the hotel during our stay.

FLIGHT FROM NEWCASTLE (NCL) AIRPORT 6 IN THE MORNING TO BULGARIA AIRPORT AT BURGAS ARRIVING AT 10AM LOCAL TIME. WAS UNEVENTFUL, VERY PLEASANT FLIGHT ON JET2, CABIN CREW WERE EXCELLENT AS YOU WOULD EXPECT. ARRIVED IN BULGARIA CLEARED SECURITY WITHIN 30 MINUTES AND A 40 MINUTE COACH TRIP TO OUR HOTEL WHICH WAS THE " SENTIDO NEPTUN BEACH HOTEL" SITUATED IN THE TOWN CENTRE AND WELL WORTH MORE THAN A 5 STAR RATING, WELL MAINTAINED AND CLEANED ON A DAILY BASIS, GOOD FAMILY ATMOSPHERE AND CATERS FOR KIDS VERY WELL, NICE POOL AREA AND BAR PLENTY OF SEATING AROUND THE POOL. ALL THE STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL AND THE CATERING WAS OF THE HIGHEST STANDARD, PLENTY OF REFRESHMENTS AND SNACKS THROUGHOUT THE DAY WERE ALSO AVAILABLE. SUNNY BEACH ITSELF IS KEPT IMMACULATE, PLENTY OF SUNBEDS WITH PARASOLS WHICH COST 30 LEV A DAY ( APPROX £15 STERLING ). THE TOWN ITSELF WAS AND IS AN EXPERIENCE AS YOU MIGHT EXPECT FROM A SEASIDE RESORT, PLENTY OF EATERIES, SOUVENIR OUTLETS, FASHION OUTLETS ETC. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME MYSELF AND THE WIFE HAVE BEEN TO BULGARIA AND IT WAS ONE OF THE BEST HOLIDAYS WE HAVE HAD AND THE WEATHER WAS PERFECT ALL WEEK DURING OUR STAY ON THE 1ST TO THE 10TH JULY, HEAT RANGED BETWEEN 24 TO 33 DEGREES, HAT AND SUNGLASSES ARE ACCESSORIES YOU NEED. WE HAD A ROOM WITH A BALCONY OVERLOOKING THE SEA( A BIT MORE EXPENSIVE) BUT WELL WORTH IT FOR THE SPACE YOU HAVE. WOULD USE THIS HOTEL AGAIN IN ANY FUTURE TRIPS TO BULGARIA. MORE IMPORTANTLY I HAVE TO MENTION THE JET2 REP WHO WAS ON HAND AT CERTAIN TIMES OF THE DAY, HIS NAME IS DRAGO, SPOKE VERY GOOD ENGLISH AND MADE SURE EVERYTHING WENT SMOOTHLY ON YOUR ARRIVAL.
