The hotel is good and clean, nothing bad. We was upgraded from no windows room to windows room with the view to the road.
i would definitely stay this hotel if I have a chance to comback Suzhou

The hotel has excellent service. I was upgraded to bigger room without any fee. The location and the room quality is excellent also. Highly recommend!

Probably the cleanest hotel we've stayed in. The staff is incredibly friendly and the cleaning is exceptional.we were upgraded to the business room for free. Got a bag of clothes cleaned also for free.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights
The hotel room is very clean and comfortable
Location is very close to Metro Station
The manager is also very beautiful and kind
She also informed about many tourist attractions in Suzhou.
Really enjoyed staying at this hotel
I will stay here again on my next visit.

Amazing experience at the hotel! The staff was so friendly and kind, and they were very helpful when we asked for recommendations for food and events nearby. We chatted for a bit and they gave great advice for where to go for new year's! They even upgraded us to a nicer and larger room, which had nice light. There's even a convenience store and subway stations nearby, making it convenient to travel from there. Would 100% recommend, would book again!

This is a very good new hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Good location, near bus stop and metro. Employees are very good, manager Fanny is a professional, very kind and always happy to help. I’m very thankful to her!

They were very nice to greet me and helped me translate when I didn't understand. I also got an upgrade. The room was nice and comfortable with a big bathroom and shower. Also the first place I have had a ventilator which was nice after a shower.

Wow that was great time for me to stay at this hotel. Good location, closed to metro station, store around, nice staff and helpful. Rooms were very clean. I mean I had no thing to complain and I had to write the review to recommend that. If you have a chance to travel here, should stay at this hotel.
