At the end of the May Day holiday, I came to Suzhou Shishan Banyan Tree. At the foot of Shishan Mountain, by the Tianshi Lake, it is shaded by green trees and creates a paradise for vacation in the city. Banyan Tree has only 60 rooms, with a very low density. Thank you for upgrading the room to Cuiyue Courtyard even though the room was full every day during the holiday. The room has a high ceiling, a large living room, and new facilities; the suite has a master bathroom and a guest bathroom, and a Duravit smart toilet; the lighting control has options for different scenes; the bedside speaker can wirelessly charge the phone; the mini bar is free of non-alcoholic beverages. The most distinctive hot spring pool has hot water flowing directly, and it can be filled with water in ten minutes. The aromatherapy in the hot spring pool changes every day and smells very good; lying next to the hot spring pool, you can look up and see the sky, and enjoy the lights of Shishan in the evening, which is very comfortable. Breakfast is mainly a la carte, with a unique menu design, and the dishes are very delicate, accompanied by bread, desserts and cold food buffet. The swimming pool is heated, and it doesn’t feel cold at all; the gym is quite small, but the facilities are complete. It would be better if the swimming pool and gym could be equipped with bottled water. There is a slope between the lobby and the lounge that leads directly to the Shishan Cultural Square, where you can immediately integrate into the lives of Suzhou citizens. It takes 3 minutes to walk to the West Hall of Suzhou Museum. The most important point of a luxury hotel is service and humanistic care. The staff of Banyan Tree Shishan gave us a great experience even though the room was fully booked on May Day. It must be praised. The housekeeper Alice contacted us by phone the day before to introduce the basic situation of the hotel. She also helped to book activities such as scrub DIY, golf cart tour around Shishan, and cocktail making. I also met Alice during my stay. Unlike many hotel housekeepers who contacted and walked online, Alice was very enthusiastic to talk to guests face to face. It can be seen that she loves the hotel and her work very much, and she also infected us. The staff who checked in and out were very patient; I met the guy who made the night bed and gave me an extra little turtle; the guy who drove a golf cart to take us around Shishan enthusiastically introduced the surrounding buildings and environment to us; the staff in the breakfast area kept smiling even when they were working at high load. I believe that in the competitive Suzhou luxury hotel circle, Banyan Tree Shishan will be able to maintain its place and provide more choices for guests from our surrounding areas.

I stayed at the Banyan Tree in Koh Samui a long time ago and had a good impression, so I booked the Banyan Tree this time. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, I was disappointed. There were actually several money trees in the lobby... It was so tacky. As for the service, there was almost no service. The service staff who took us to the room had a blank expression throughout the whole process... It seemed like I owed her money😢😢😢The hotel is connected to the Chunyue Hotel next door (it should be called this), the price is twice as different, but the public area is shared... The room is very average, the hot spring pool in the yard is very dirty, the decoration is also average, the whole hotel is very small, there is nothing to play. All activities must be booked in advance, and there is no fun without a reservation. The most bizarre thing is the breakfast. Maybe it's to save costs, or maybe it's because the place is small, there are very few self-service items. You have to order and the waiter is very busy. It takes 3 or 4 times to come. After ordering, you have to wait for a long time. When the food is served, there is only one serving. It's not enough for a family. When I order again, I start looking for the waiter again. I finally ordered, but it took more than 20 minutes. I asked the service staff, and everyone was very busy and said wait a moment. When I asked the third person, the anger value was full. If you can't order, don't do it. It's too bad! ! ! Avoid it, everyone, it's not worth it

I came to Banyan Tree Shishan for a staycation on a special anniversary and met the angel housekeeper Alice. The hotel has a sense of seclusion, and the overall design presents a Suzhou-style garden with a different view at every step.
