My friend and I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was exceptionally clean and the overall atmosphere was very quiet, making it perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The location is super convenient – it’s close to Suzhou Station, which made arriving and getting around really easy. Getting around the city was a breeze too – it’s very convenient to take Didi from here to anywhere you want to go. One of the highlights of the stay was the beautiful garden nearby – it's absolutely worth a visit and adds to the charm of the area. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Suzhou!

Front staffs are really nice. We're foreigner so there might be a little communication issue, but they kindly manage it. Me and my mom love the room condition, and thankfully were able to enjoy the Suzhou travel. Hotel is close to suzhou train station, and we could head to almost all travel attraction within 10mintues by taxi. Location good, service perfect. Also lobby smells so good. I really wanted to ask what kind of scent do you use :) But I was so timid haha

The hotel location is a bit out from popular places and there aren't many restaurants nearby for meals. Hotel staffs don't really interact with guests a lot unless you approach them for query.Big & nice hotel, but it feels cold & and quiet, which lack of warmth home feeling.Their breakfast was bad and lack of food varieties only providing basic items at the cost of rmb 48/pax.Not hotel staffs will help you with your luggages when arriving or leaving hotel which you need to drag your luggages to the main road for your transport.Will not consider this hotel the next time if I go to Suzhou.Singapore

my partner & i loved this hotel, our room was clean & comfortable. the hotel lobby smelled amazing! breakfast was also very delicious and many options to choose from. the staff is attentive and helpful. this is the 2nd atour hotel i’ve stayed at since moving to china and i look forward to only staying at atour while traveling within china & recommending it to my fellow travelers :) so far love this hotel chain. 10/10

Location is off the beaten track but close enough to attractions. Hotel environment is extremely pleasant and staff very helpful. Complimentary supper served at night and laundry service available free of charge.

The hotel staff were very friendly, the room was clean and there was a great breakfast buffet. Overall a very nice stay!

Hotel is quite new, room was very big, comfort and clean. Frontdesk very friendly.

Fantastic location with walkable distance to Tang Yin’s residence. Our rooms were in pristine condition and were well-equipped with voice control technology. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall we had a great stay here and would highly recommend it!
