Marriott just opened, so I wanted to give it a try, but I regretted it. A few points: This executive apartment may be better if you stay for a long time, but it is not suitable for hotel stay. Highlights: The bath water is good, the bedding is OK, and the other things are just so-so. The soup in the restaurant below is not bad. Complaints Environment: Ctrip said it was on the 24th floor, but it was actually shared with another hotel on the 3rd floor, and it was not introduced clearly. I checked in on the 3rd floor, and my room was on the 23rd floor. I couldn't go directly there, but had to go from the 24th floor. I also had to go downstairs. What's more annoying is that when I came back at night, the reception on the 24th floor was empty and dark with only two screens on. It was like a horror movie (Figure 3). There was no one in the whole hotel, and I ran back to the room in fear. There was a kitchen and pots and pans in the room, but there was no kettle... I don't know what logic. At the same time, because there were cooking utensils in the room, there was a smell in the room that was cooked and not ventilated enough. I looked for it and found that it was coming from the cooking cabinet. (Figure 6) When I was taking a shower, my hand actually fell off... (Figure 4) The curtain frame was not sealed, and I was woken up by the light at around 5 o'clock in the morning (Figure 5) Service: The service was also very awkward. I didn't find a dressing mirror in the room, so I called to ask, and the switchboard said there was indeed no one. Later I found it myself, on the back of the sliding door in the dressing room, and it was invisible when the door was open. New hotels also need to be trained well. I turned on the "Do Not Disturb" button, and the staff sent me fruit. When I saw the Do Not Disturb button, they actually called me to disturb me... Doesn't Do Not Disturb mean not to disturb me at all? I was resting in the living room, but I was woken up by the noise, and I crawled to answer the phone, but he hung up. With all these things, it can be said that it was a very unpleasant experience. The Xiangjia Suite I often stayed in nearby at the same time was about the same price. I really regretted choosing this executive apartment. Fortunately, it was only for one day. When I checked out, the front desk who received me came to apologize for the phone call, saying that it was a new hotel, and also sent two small gifts, but I told her that good is good, and bad is bad. Most of them are not her fault (I hope she will not be punished, she is the only bright spot of this stay), but systemic problems of the hotel. If I encounter problems during my stay, I will report them truthfully. If it is just about the phone call, her apology is enough. This hotel has so many structural problems, I think it should be written down, maybe the leader will see it (or not), she said verbally that she would report it to the leader, but I don’t believe it, she didn’t even take notes. This hotel apartment is not suitable for sale as a high-end five-star hotel for business trips at this price. It may be suitable for long-term rental, but the price is not cheap. I booked 1780, which is too expensive for long-term rental.

This is the second time I stayed at the Marriott Nison. Because the noise from the construction on the park side was a bit loud, the hotel helped me to change rooms. I am really grateful. The front desk and concierge team were very patient to help with the room change and luggage. Facilities: Very new, comfortable, hair dryer is easy to use, I like the bar area, but the elevator in the executive apartment is really inconvenient. The design is problematic. One side can go to the residential floor, but the other side cannot. I have to keep changing elevators to get to the desired floor. Environment: The interior is OK, except for the noise from the construction outside. Service: The service response is very positive. Thanks to the hotel service team. I especially like the bar lady who provides Spanish olives, which my boyfriend loves.

Marriott Executive Apartments is really good. It is very conveniently located in the center of Suzhou. It is worthy of being owned by Nison. This time I want to specially mention the butler service of Marriott Executive Apartments. I especially praise Blair, the butler, for the best service I have ever received in so many hotels.

The room was upgraded for me, the view was nice, the service was good, the water heater was broken and the engineer fixed it in time. But the elevator was broken when I checked out and went downstairs. I hope it will continue to improve.
