A very clean and elegantly decorated Hotel very close to 獅子林 Lion Garden and all the main attractions. All modern facilities and very friendly helpful staff, the bed was so comfortable and the area very quiet , so really got a good night’s sleep 😴 Excellent place to stay, really convenient location and would reccomend it to everyone ! 酒店位子很方便，離獅子林很近，其他景點也不遠，吃飯特方便很多飯館。酒店滿滿的中國風，優雅美麗，也非常乾淨。設備很新，床特別舒服，前台非常熱情友好，來蘇州這個酒店是我住的最好的，在有機會來也會選擇這裡，推薦啊！

The room was clean and hygienic, and the location was excellent with convenient transportation. You can easily walk to Pingjiang Road, Lion Grove Garden, and Humble Administrator's Garden. The owner's service was thoughtful and enthusiastic, which was great.

The hotel's location is fantastic. It's a 1-minute walk to Lion Grove Garden, and just 5 minutes to Humble Administrator's Garden and the Suzhou Museum. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff were proactive, offering to help with luggage without being asked, and their service attitude was excellent. The cleanliness was acceptable, and the facilities were basic but sufficient. The room pretty much matched the pictures. My only complaint is that the price surge during holidays was quite significant.

The inn boasts an excellent location: directly across from the Lion Grove Garden and the Folk Museum, with the Suzhou Museum and Humble Administrator's Garden to its right. Pingjiang Road is just a 6-minute walk away, making it incredibly convenient to visit all the attractions. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The service was warm and friendly, making our trip to Suzhou very comfortable and enjoyable.

The location is fantastic! It's right across from the Lion Grove Garden and Suzhou Folk Museum, and next to the Suzhou Museum and Humble Administrator's Garden. The owner is incredibly nice; they helped us with our luggage and even put it in the trunk when we hailed a taxi. This was our first time bringing our child to Suzhou, and we felt so warmly welcomed.

The room was very spacious and clean, and access was convenient. It's very close to Pingjiang Road, with many noodle shops and restaurants nearby. Shizilin (Lion Grove Garden) is right across the street, which means there are a lot of people queuing, making it a bit noisy. The landlady was very nice; when we asked for an extra quilt, she brought it immediately and even helped us with our luggage. She was very welcoming. We had a great experience.

Would 100% come again and definitely recommend! Before we arrived, the staff reached out to us on Trip to see what time we would arrive. When we reached, they helped to take our luggage up to our rooms & also provided special decorations in the room after we told them it was our 7th year anniversary! The room was very clean, neat, and aesthetic. Cozy and warm when we arrived as well. The location is also superb (~10 min walk away from Pingjiang Road & right by popular attractions like the Suzhou Museum & Humble Administrators Garden). They also upgraded us to another room when there ended up being construction nearby our original room. Overall we felt very cared for and happy to have chose this hotel for our first time in Suzhou. :)

The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful, assisting with luggage storage and even picking up my takeout. The room was also quite clean and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities. I highly recommend staying here!
