The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. They proactively offers help and advice and we appreciate it a lot as it is our first time in Suzhou. The rooms are also nice and clean and look exactly like the photos. The location is excellent with all the main attractions like Pingjiang Road, Lion's Grove Garden, Suzhou museum and Humble Administrator's Garden all within walking distance. Plus they have super beautiful wisteria by their entrance!

Great location for exploring Suzhou Museum (must book in advance!), Humble Administrator’s Garden (go early!), Lion Grove Garden, and surrounding Pingjiang area. Room was spacious and comfortable.

There was cigarette ash on the toilet floor, and the soundproofing was terrible. I was woken up in the middle of the night by noise from next door, I don't know what it was. Then I was woken up early the next morning by noise from downstairs, I couldn't get any rest at all. There was no hand sanitizer in the toilet either.

The subway is about a 15-20 minute walk from the hotel. Because of road construction nearby, even taking a taxi can be a 20-minute journey due to traffic, which is quite inconvenient. Getting to the subway and Pingjiang Road is the same. In reality, it's much older than the photos. I was really looking forward to it but was extremely disappointed. I felt there were better options available. The room was old, and the dehumidifier emptied 3-4 times overnight! The whole room had a musty and damp smell, and was dusty. The bed had dirty black spots. Overall, it felt very expensive and not good value for money. The rooms on the first floor are behind the emergency exit, with a very exposed view from the window. The small courtyard seemed overgrown with weeds and not suitable for walking. The good points are that the landlady is very nice and even treated us to bayberries. It's close to the Suzhou Museum and Lion Grove Garden (people here love to leave five-star reviews, but I really don't want to leave one here~).

You accused us of leaving a bad review in an attempt to get a free stay. How could you not know how many times you called us and made those demands? Did we agree to that? Now you're turning around and attacking us in the review. Don't you know how unsanitary your place is? You even want to check the security footage? We told your people we needed water, and they didn't say anything. Now you're saying your place is unsanitary and has poor conditions. What's with the water issue? We gave you a bad review, and you called us for days on end—what's the meaning of that? Was the review wrong? Can't we just say your place is unsanitary? If you don't compromise, you keep calling; if you don't answer, you send text messages. It's like you're in the right.

The staying experience was very good, it was so warm in winter! 🔆 I had to help carry the suitcase, and breakfast was also brought...❤️ Needless to say, the geographical location covers all the garden attractions nearby! ⭐

I went to Suzhou and stayed at the inn for four consecutive nights. It was a great stay. The sister at the front desk was very helpful and answered all my questions. Location: The inn is located next to the Lion Forest in the ancient city area. The location is great! It only takes a few minutes to walk to the Humble Administrator's Garden, Lion Grove, Subo, and Pingjiang Road. They are all very close and very convenient. There are also restaurants, snack bars, convenience stores and so on next to it, which is very convenient for shopping. Facilities: The facilities of the inn are pretty good, not luxurious, but they have all the supporting facilities. We live on the third floor, which is the highest level. The room attendant will help carry our luggage up. The room is also spacious and comfortable to live in. The decoration style is relatively new Chinese style. There is no breakfast in the inn. You have to eat outside. It is very convenient to eat outside. Hygiene: The room is kept clean, and the aunt is also very kind. She takes the initiative to update the room supplies and clean them every day. Service: The ladies at the front desk are very nice, and the lady who helps with luggage is also conscientious. Overall, the stay experience was very good. Although it is not the standard of a five-star hotel, the stay was very comfortable and enjoyable ~

Yuyu's geographical location is unique. In the center of the old city, it is only a few minutes' walk to Pingjiang Road, Lion Grove, Humble Administrator's Garden, Suzhou Museum, etc. Taking a taxi to other attractions costs more than 20 yuan. The supplies are generally OK, toothbrushes and slippers are provided, but some are old and should be replaced. At this price, it's a good value for money.

It's not soundproof, you can hear the sounds from the road very clearly. The location is very close to the Lion Grove and the museum.

房間佈局合理，衞生乾淨，自帶小園子，臨街的窗外也很美。禺鈺客棧的地理位置極佳，出門就是獅子林，去拙政園衹需要步行三四分鐘，離平江路步行十分鐘，去虎丘坐地鐵幾站路就到了，吃飯也方便，客棧隔壁拐過角就是蘇緣記麪館，乾淨好吃，（也貼了麪館圖片供旅友參考哈）。。剛開始預訂了一晚，剛出黃山北站就接到了客棧前台的電話，詢問要不要預留車位，還提前開了房間暖風，我們一進了房間暖乎乎的，感覺特別貼心，住下之後前台又幫忙給訂出合理的遊玩計劃，果斷又續訂了一晚。第二天我媽媽想吃蘋果，丸子頭美女前台二話不説騎自己電動車帶我去農貿市場採購新鮮水果，省了我不少心。大廳有休閑茶台，像在家裡一樣隨意，可以喝茶，客棧裏面還有一個小院，縮小版的園林，有涼亭有魚池還有一衹特別乖的貓咪，因為帶着長者我們訂的一樓臨街的房間，剛開始擔心會吵，但後來發現白天晚上都安靜，因為不會有車輛經過，也沒啥行人，晚上睡的很好，總之很滿意，性價比太高了，以後再去還會住禺鈺客棧。

還沒到酒店就接到電話問需不需要留車位，先被暖了一波。主動給我們升級了房間還幫忙搬行李上二樓。房間雅緻寬敞不説，前後兩個大窗也太舒服了，洗手枱一個大大的窗，看着青磚白牆疏影斑駁，連洗衣服都心情美麗。酒店一樓還自帶一個小庭院。位置才是扛鼎項啊，推窗見獅子林，散步拙政園，轉角平江路滿意滿意十分滿意
