I love this hotel…. It is so near the metro station in line 2…. Convenient and away from the busy city. Because is near metro station so go which every attractions at Suzhou is convenient. Clean and has free washing machine and dryer to use. I stayed 4 nights and really like the location and the staff are so helpful. Giving me suggestions where u can go.

The workers in this hotel started work at 5.30am and were very noisy. It was impossible to sleep. This happened both nights we stayed at this hotel.

Room is clean and has everything needed and can also do laundry but the hotel rooms walkways, stairs and corridors are always dark for unknown reason. Location is near the metro station which is convenient. For those that are non smoking, please choose the rooms correctly to avoid being disappointed by the cigarette smell.

It's very near to the metro however its a diarance to travel downtown. Generally a OK hotel.

Hygiene: There are many small flying insects (I was bitten a lot). Although the toilet was given a disposable mat, there were many old urine stains on the flap.
Facilities: The bathroom is limited and old. The hotel is in a good location, very close to the subway entrance (which was also the first reason for booking a room at that time).
Environment: The window faces the factory building, and there is a continuous sound of machine operation at night and in the morning, which cannot be blocked after closing the window.
Service: The service is very good. The front desk receptionist, the room aunt, and the security uncle all greeted with smiles and were very polite! Reporting toilet hygiene problems can also get feedback and help in time! This is great! !
Cost-effectiveness: Not very high, more than 360 per night during holidays, indeed the facilities and prices are a bit mismatched
